Like the look of the you boy Arthur, a big unit with pace and good positional sense. Yang honking, McGowan not great, half time subs could be Nygren for McGowan and Forrest or Mvuka for Yang. Would leave big tam on Nielson it's only a matter of time before he's carded again. Maeda's pace may be a benefit.

Poor, poor, poor.
McCowan ran about like headless chicken. If he plays just behind the striker he is effective but further back is lost.
Scarrachi is just forward thinking, doesn't want to play the slow p**h.
Sinassalo very poor with his distribution. Had a great save.
Young Arthur looks assured.
Hatate and CM too close to each other.
Our 3 midfield players were far too close to each other, they didn't create space.
Tounekti quite ineffective. If he doesn't get past you first time he doesn't try again.
Maeda Just cannot score.
When we get closed down in defence, we are really poor, have absolutely no confidence on the ball and no one looking for the ball.

Yang is in my worst 11 to wear the Hoops incredible he's lasted so long.

Thought hatate and mcgregor were good like Arthur yang and maeda pish tounekti frustrating sinasola good cvancara still not sure but better than amadu.

Feel sorry for any number 9, Yang and Tounetski create F all. Both of them keep cutting inside to already crowded areas or just pass it backwards. What I’d give for a greedy basa anywhere up front, everyone wants to pass the buck, nobody wants to shoot.

Agree with most of that Maeda, but a bit harsh on Sinassalo.

Jamsie did more in 20 mins than Tounekti did in 95 and Yang in 75.
KT played ok as did our right back.
Arthur looked good and Scales was all over the place, although he had a couple of good clearances. He was unlucky with the pen.
Side to side CM and RH played too close and McCowan did little after our first goal.
Big Thomas struggled for pace and looked clumsy.
We score then invited them into us.
When we play with pace and we cause them all sorts of problems but no we try and pass it out from defence and create all sorts of problems. Sinissalo slowing it down then kicking it up to our striker just gave the ball away.
If Thomas didn't win the ball we did not win the 2nd ball.
I look at Stuart Armstrong and he looks very comfortable on the ball, composed and doesn't panic.
We just don't have anyone who is like that, can create space and move the ball forward.
Say what you want about Nygren, he saves our a***s so many times. 19 goals for a midfielder is a great return, which means he will be sold in the summer.
We are a team that relies on any player other than a striker to score goals. Shocking!

Donegal. His distribution was very poor tonight. He slowed it down when the ball went back to him allowing them to close him down and then it was a panic ball to a midfielder heading towards him.
They waited till the ball went to him or CM and rushed us closing us down.
We just don't have the ability to play out from their. 3-4 years ago CM could do that but not anymore.
Our defence did not move the ball quick enough but our midfield didn't make any moves to get the ball to feet and create space.
CM and RH were almost in each other's pockets.
When LM is playing forward he is a handful for defences as he tries to play one twos around the box, but when he plays slightly back with CM he is totally ineffective.
