From the Wilson statement
"Surely the priority must be to give Martin and our players every opportunity to achieve their objectives within the remainder of the season. "
What a shame the BoD hadn't given Martin and our players the chance to achieve objectives by spending some money in the January transfer window!

Exactly 5 loans in which at least 3 are not even being used, you couldn't mark their neck with a blow torch.

He is just gearing up to pass the buck if we don't win the league. They will try and blame it on the fans and absolve themselves of all blame.
They did the same with the appointment of Nancy and blamed it all on Tisdale and set him up as the patsy weeks before the crap hit the fan.
What I find concerning is some of our fans are that gullible that they buy this BS.

So you think getting Mvuka as a loan is worse than buying him outright?

Winning the league should be about who is the best team at the time, it should not be about who think it's their right to win the league, too many of our so called supporters think it's their right to just turn up and win the league.

Aindoh you can call it entitled its realism with the money we have and should be spending on players and the football structure we should have in place we should be winning the league by miles every year there should be a clear plan and the club shouldn’t be wasting time and money on players who Aernt even good even to replace scales I understand what your saying in terms of a team might perform really well and make our lives hard but considering our resources no team in Scotland should even be close not entitled it’s realism.

No aindoh the loam is definitely better but the point is we were on the verge of actually spending real money on the boy, someone thought him good enough,45 mins he's had and he looked awful and hasn't been seen since, so we dodged a bullet, maybe the boy given a bit of time will come good but then martin would be using him just now so it looks unlikely.

It’s an expectation Aindoh. Biggest club, biggest budget and 12 months ago far superior to each team in the league.
Albeit we should be further ahead instead we are at a level where we rely on late winners against the poorest teams, have been outplayed by Motherwell and Falkirk and Chermitti as hopeless as he is helped a Rangers team give us a hammering for the 2nd 45 mins.
We have a squad that is so poor that I can’t say there is a player that must stay next season.
We expect to win but we are entitled to having the best team our money can buy which we clearly don’t.

Aindoh do you think it's right brining him in on loan when he's had health issues raised a two medicals.

It doesn't really matter how much money we have compared to other clubs, not all the richest clubs win all the time.
Our biggest problem is that our infrastructure is so poor and old fashioned that our wealth does not guarantee success, contrary to what our board have tried to sell us over the years.
We need a complete modernisation of our recruitment and youth set up to bring us into the modern age and guarantee we can be our best version of ourselves.
It is not all about the money we have, its about proper recruitment strategies, future/ succession planning, modern thinking coaching and all ran by a DOF not a CEO and majority shareholder.
I look at Bodo, 8000 capacity stadium, a team of Norwegian players, only a couple of who are internationals but coached the same way from youth setup to the first team.
Their season is currently over and yet their players are still able to turn up and perform in Europe at a very high level.
The club took them away for a 5 week camp over their closed season to get them ready for the CL games and it worked.

The money in the bank should be used copying Bodo/Glimt's youth setup, forget about winning the league for a few years until we have our own young talent coming through, and play them immediately they are ready, let them sink or swim, concentrate on Scottish, Irish and Brit youths, so the season doesn't get disrupted by players flying ball over for national team competitions.
