I hope at the end of this season Celtic give or at least offer MoN a job at Celtic. And I hope that job would be head of recruitment with final say on any recruitment going to him not any board members start to run Celtic as a football team not just a business I am sure both can go hand to hand.
It's clear that the club has to restructure And I don't think anyone on the board maybe good business men? but surely look like they don't know how to run a football team. Let football men run the team and the board run the business. And that doesn't seem to be happening for the past few years.

What makes anyone think this board will alter anything? They think they’re doing great. Even DD stated the prehistoric model is working and everything was BRs fault. These people need forced out as they won’t go willingly.

Chas you are correct but IMO they have to take a long good look at themselves and be honest they aren't football men but business men clearly a difference when you look at the state of the club at the moment.

If Celtic manage to retain the title there will be no lessons learnt, no apologies, improvements, changes or reward for MON. Because they will still believe that they are infallible and untouchable.

These people have been coasting for 20 years on domestic success with no real challenges. None of these issues are new, they were masked/ parked because of that trophy count. We have disappeared as a European entity, the stadium has barely had a lick of paint since Ferguson left, board members have become millionaires and HMRC are smacking their lips every year.
And, they are still at war with their own support.
This isn’t over until they are gone or our future is just rinse and repeat!
