Can't make up my mind about who puts in lowball offers and whether they are an embarrassment to the club, still working in old money or whether they are out and out chancers.

I get it that there may be the odd one or two suckers who bite and the Board congratulates themselves or whether it's sheer brazen and brass necks they have.

{Ed007's Note - Are you talking about Forest's bids for Engels?}

Ghedjemis bid. I accept going in low starts the ball rolling but it happens more often than not with Celtic. It's embarrassing. Why bother putting a bid in you know you're never going to get it over the line.

{Ed007's Note - "Lowballing" happens at every club with every single transfer except at every other club - apart from Celtic is seems - it's called negotiating.
And that's if you choose to believe such stories.}

Who have we low balled on offers just out of curiosity? Supposedly we made a few bids for a couple ST last January that got rejected. the guy from brondby and cluj I think it was only for them both to get sold for less that we offered .

It is the smsm keep coming out with this nonsense and guys like Tim always seem to bite.

6m for a league 2 winger. We paid that for Jota and he ain't no Jota. He hasn't played any football at a decent level.

Now up to £25m for Engels!

If only we could trust the board to re-invest it I would say take their hand off.
