Mckenna or Davies are my 2 picks as well ed.
Although i would be surprised if either would join under that board.
A couple of left field options could be damian duff or robbie keane although keane wouldn't go down well with his recent links to israel. Both are highly rated and have done well where they have been.
Another one for me would possibly be rosenior from strasbourg. Very highly rated although again don't think we are ambitious enough.
If that board is still in place expect to end up with kennedy. Although nothing surprises me with this board now so possibly a return for Neil francis Lennon.
Anyways i think everyone will be in agreement that rodgers will be off in the summer if not before.
Planning for this should be ongoing but as usual will be left to the last minute.

We have a Manager until next summer, so we need to get behind him, so he can add more success to what he has given us up until now.
Only then can we move forward.
Looking at the names of the suggested next Manager mentioned on here, giving a young Manager is a nice thought but how could it happen when we are all on here moaning and sniping about being out of the CL and how the CL is where our club should be.
Can we really expect the club to hand the job of getting us there and competing to a lower level Manager.
The board would like a cheaper option but hands on hearts, would we the supporters be satisfied going down that line, downgrading the Manager to reflect the team.

The Board in all fairness didn’t go for the cheapest option when they went for fans and RB’s favourite k T who is supposed to be earning £60-70 m This plus the signing of another left back means Board is paying approximately 5 average Celtic wages to replace GT.
