Do I have concerns over the lack of signings? Yes.
Do I have concerns over our recruitment in general? Yes
The reason I have concerns is because the board have only delivered in 1 of the the 4 transfers windows, since Rodgers return.
That being said I am withholding my judgement until the end of the window and hoping the board don't drop the ball again.
If they do drop the ball this window, then heads should roll, as that would be failure in 4 out of 5 transfer windows. In fact you could argue they failed last summer if you gauge success on value added to a player.
