Any truth about Paul Lambert replacing Ronny Deila at the end of the season ed? Just a wee rumour I heard.

Why would Lambert be considered for the job? Done very little of note as a manager.

do you think for 1 second DD & Pl will throw a barrow load of cash for him to spend. Not a hope in hell.

Thinking a few steps ahead, we have 6 league game before we play Aberdeen at CP.
Lets see where we are when this game comes around/ performance-results.

All is not well at Paradise just now. For me they've gone back instead of going forward. If Aberdeen win their game in hand and their game on Saturday that's 8 points a difference in favour of Aberdeen already and it's only the middle of September. Okay maybe DD and Pl wouldn't give Lambert loads of cash to spend if he were to replace Deila at the end of the season but he knows the club inside out and he knows the celtic way.

Rumour has it we ( CELTIC ) are looking at RB SALZBURG striker JONATHAN SORAINIO. Any truth in that rumour ed?

In my opinion were short upfront so it's Samaras they should be getting till the end of the season. He's on a free and it's a wee boost the club needs right now. No brainier I reckon.

He'd be better at dealing with all hose long balls than LG. As much as I think we're missing a wing forward I'm jyst not sure about such a move. Reeks of desperation but then again we're pretty desperate! Would he accept PL's offer though lol?

You've got to be kidding. We need a goalscorer and he ain't one. The fans would be on his back after a couple of games. I think some people have a romanticised memory of him in the hoops due to him being a nice guy and his relationship with wee jay.

Henrik we can't sign a goal scorer until,January by which point our situation may have deteriorate further. At present we only have one forward at the club worth a start

Disappointment is an understatement after watching tonight's game. No fight no flare against a mediocre team that will probably finish bottom of their group in the c.l. So it's the Europa League once again which could be a blessing in disguise if we get rid of and take in players that the team desperately needs I.e left back, 2 central defenders and a target man up front as we need to vary the formation now and again as we are clearly to predictable when it comes to European Games.
