Last night was as predictable as it was depressing.

Eddie howe who is jobless and undoubtedly desperate to get a job, now looks like a really disciplined guy, who wouldn't put his own ego over his football values and beliefs.

Who would want to represent a clubs hierarchy are destined to squander the efforts and investment of our great support and football legacy.

I am not convinced by our domestic dominance, the decline in Europe said all. Particularly if we look over the road to the resilience they display on a European stage.

Dominic mackay, a marketing guy from Scottish rugby, says it all, his one press conference left me with the sense his own ego had led him to the job as opposed to really looking at himself in the mirror and saying he could do it for this club. His words meant nothing, saying we need to modernise is meaningless. Words that look even more empty now.

The whole transfer of power from lawwell to Mckay looks like murrays midnight flit from rangers, putting the hollow shell of a club up for a pound.

We now need to find serious investment and go into debt to rebuild.

However the most tradgic thing which has been lost at our club, is the ability to tell the truth, be honest with us the supporters.

I will give any manager a chance, but the fact Ange didn't insist on his own backroom staff speaks volumes for the lack of the influence he holds or the fact he doesn't recognise great leadership requires a great team.

I reckon the guy has vision, but maybe his achilles heal is the sense he can do it all on his own.

Imo-67, that's one of the most concise posts I've read on here in a very, very long time.

We all knew we had to be patient and constructive with the huge task that Ange and McKay inherited, however, when we see the same stupid mistakes being repeated all over again, with a backdrop of hollow promises and echoes from the previous regime, we feel apprehensive.

I'm beginning to wonder if MacKay is a front and Lawwell still pulling the strings.

"We’ve all got to realise that the majority doesn’t succeed; it’s always the minority. So I am always looking for a minority view"

Desmond D

This is a quote from our press shy owner, a man who clearly only trusts his own view.

Football is a team game on and off the pitch. This guy doesn't like teams, amd he won't relinquish enough control for them to be formed.

He quiet simply has to go, nothing substantial and sustainable at the club will happen with him there, beyond the bi annual trophy exchange with rangers, in a very depleted league.
