Reports suggest there's interest in Soro and he may well end up back playing in Israel.

Apparently Ajeti's former team mate at Basel, who's now a major shareholder at the club, is trying to get their 'prodigal son' back playing for them in the Swiss league. Both moves would no dpubt be welcomed by the players and BR alike.

We still have seceral players in the first team squad;- Welsh, Kobayashi, Vata to name three, possibly Haksabanovic, who's futures will need to be sorted, one way or another, in the coming weeks.

Mally reports are that Basel want to sign Ajeti but his £18,000 weekly wages are a problem. Total yearly wage bill £216k
I heard Celtic tried to do deal with Ajeti and offered about £100k but he turned it down.
He is wanting full contract paid up.
Silly boy if he accepted our £100k offer Basel would probably offer him a 3 year deal about £10k weekly plus signing on fee, he would not be that much out of pocket if any.

Plus the tax he would pay on 216k would mean he would walk out with c100k anyway. plus i take it the 100k payment on offer would be classed as severance and exempt from tax anyway.
