its probably 7 mill more than the gers will spend and
they hope to compete in Europe and challenge for the league
and the rumours down south are correct the tic are in for a 4
mill windfall from Southampton so is the budget 8 mill
on top of any sales or is penny pinching.

{Ed007's Note - Is the £8 million for transfer fees or has that to cover all the other costs like agent fees and taxes involved in transfers?
