Celtic got bullied all over the pitch for the whole 2nd half. In my lifetime of watching Celtic whether it be Peter Grant, Lambert, Lennon, or Brown no captain of Celtic would go missing like McGregor did. Even if you are having an off day at least have some dig and lead from example.

As I said on the chat this may be the softest and weakest Celtic team In history.

I am not saying go out and buy a team of hammer throwers but the spine of the team has to be solid and we need to have someone in the middle of the park who is willing to control and bully the game. We have no one capable of that currently.

We sheled out nearly 7mill on Lagerbielke and Nawrocski and yet Rodgers prefers to play Phillips? My god we are in big trouble.

I think Taylor thought he still played with Kilmarnock. From top to bottom a complete rubbishshow. A cull is needed. A LB Keeper Solid Midfielder and striker asap in January. If Phillips gets a game before Nawroki and Lagerbielke they both must be awful in training. Add in another CH.

These players are predominantly the same as those that won us the treble last season. The players are not the problem in my opinion.

Said the same Steff. Id get rid of all 3 now and sign McKenna, not brilliant but wouldn't get bullied and would allow Scales to play LB. Miss Mooy more than we thought we would Iwata was missing today and for me only MOR got pass marks, maybe AJ also. Rest were 2-5 out of 10.

I don’t think our new players are good enough.

CCV, Starfelt, Mooy, Hatate, KyogoAbada, Maeda and Jota were all missing from our lineup today that played last season.
They have all been replaced by inferior players and we also have an inferior manager. Bad mixture.

The players downed tools and showed absolutely no fight in that 2nd half. That is very much the player's problem.

Everyone of us knows what the problems are. Summer transfer was a complete and utter disaster. Plenty money spent but all the wrong players bought. The CH issues is most alarmin. Around 8 million spent and neither of them in the team. Liam Scales is a good professional but never good enough to play week in week out for Celtic. As I also said in a past podcast, BR should never have been brought back, it was the wrong move. A fresh face with fresh ideas was required. The next window will define the next few seasons. I just hope we don't make an arse of it.

I like McGregor but he wouldn't inspire me in a match, he has no dig in him and I cannot see him firing up the team when we are in trouble. Without CCV our defence looks like average SPL players, he holds it all together and dominates the back line. We are suffering with crucial injuries and hopefully we will recover but make no mistake we are bang in a title race. Teams know that if they have a big, physical and direct team it's a great leveller against better technical players with little fight in them.

How Philips is on any PL team squad sheet I do not know. He has no pace, no reading of the game, he is not a good defender or player. I really woerry about the two centrebacks we signed if he gets a game ahead of them.

I know Taylor gets pelters a lot of the time when its not justified but lately he dimoes not look like a top defender. He is caught out of position a lot and allows players the time to turn and run at him.

We miss Maeda and Hatate but surely we should have quality to bring in to cover 2 players.

I amn ot sure we can field a really good 11 at this time.

Th new year game is now looking like a 6 pointer and a win for them could see them go top and they are a bang average team.

We definitely need experienced CB, a striker, a physical midfield player and a left back, not to challenge Taylor but to replace him.

The issue is availability in January. We may get 1 or 2 in but not all we need.

I saw a comment about maybe another Manager could get more out of the players but i am not sure. There just seems to be a lack of belief which is not something our players usually suffer.

That is now Motherwell and Killie who have bullied us and I can see the game against them being a physical one.

Mooy retiring has also left a gap we have not filled.
