Question?
Do we relate the size and stature of our club to those competing at the highest level by expecting the same on the pitch?
Or
Do we accept the enormity if the challenge means we will never compete?
Some of the abuse and expectations I’ve seen all over social media is astounding.
We are an spl club with an spl budget improvement year in year is the best that we can ask. We are definitely better and we will improve.

I can go on and on. Do the above and the rest give there all and the best they can yea they do. That’ll do me ?.

Absolute nonsense. an SPL club with a SPL budget got to a European final last year beating dortmund and liepzig along the way. We have just been skudded twice in 6 days by liepzig, losing 5 goals, they had ball in our net 7 times and we could have easily lost double figures. Joe Hart and CCV played Absolute blinders last night but our defence gets zero protection from the rest of the team. That's all on Ange. If he wants to continue to play like the harem bleedin globetrotters and give us more embarrassment season after season in Europe then I'm absolutely dumbfounded he can't adapt to make us at least slightly competitive.

Get your head out the clouds the club progression is based over building not a one season build of boys that can defend. Taylor was arguably our best player on the pitch last night imo, boy was everywhere. We were unlucky, embarrassed we were not. We need to be more clinical infont of goal in these big games, the chances we've created in the champions league is impressive, our finishing hasn't been so much so.

That’s it buzz judge us in a year or 2. This team wasn’t built with champions league expectations but the system is. The amount of fans that crawl out the woodwork for big nights then take to social media to criticise is unreal.

Ange. It's about holding our nerve and not falling into the trap of thinking it's not working. I believe it is not far away from working. I think the worst thing you can do now is shy away from doing what we are doing because we haven't had success immediately at this level. My sort of theory on this stuff is that you have to keep persevering heading down this road. If we were not creating chances we would need a different mindset but I think are close to being a good team. Our process can't be fast tracked just because I want it to happen. We have to take steps and the players will go through these experiences. Spot on!

We didn’t get out our group in europa league last season and we are expected toget out our group in champs league?! Rome wasn’t built in a day, we are on the right path and at least trying to play football, yes ange and the players have to learn from the mistakes but there’s a lot of our fans that want us to loose so they can say, a told ye so we would get beat, let’s be realistic here look at the money we have spent compared to the teams in our group, freak results can happen.

Buzz I was reading this morning in DR hotline a guy said that since season 2000-01, Celtic have been awarded 144 penalties in the spfl alone that seems an awful lot. Would you know how accurate that figure is. and that sevco have been awarded 119 in the same period.
