All forms of discrimination are unacceptable in Scotland with the exception of anti-Catholicism. That’s not an opinion it’s a fact which is self evident. Neither should they be allowed to hide behind the word sectarianism. Call it out for what it is.

They will never put a stop to it, or even dare to admit it JFP because it is rife in all forms of Authority, Establishment (Royalty) or Government; Therefor, while all other forms of discrimination and bigotry are given proper condemnation prominently in the public eye, the anti-Catholic subject is taboo in the UK for obvious reasons.
Our club was once very prominent in trying to break barriers and stand up for peoples rights, but they seem to have lost their voice?

It’s institutionalised and not just a working class problem restricted to bastions of loyalism in West Lothian and Lanarkshire. It’s at every level of Scottish society and business in the public and private sectors. I couldn’t agree more all forms of discrimination are to be condemned. But you try marching from Parkhead to George Square singing about being up to you your knees in any other minorities blood and see how far you get. They get a police escort while men and women protest outside their places of worship. Scotland’s shame. We have a bigger problem than the north of Ireland has. The elephant in the room needs to be acknowledged if this country is ever to rid itself of institutionalised anti-Catholicism. The shortbread and heather are a lie. We’re no aw Jock Tamsin’s bairns. I’ve been a F**** B***** since I was four.

UEFA state that it's racist singing not the jolly crack of sectarianism. As soon as it's heard they get a partial ground closure whilst our governing bodies watch and singalong. I watched the old vid doing the rounds on social media. Murray is embarrassing trying to justify the 90 minute bigots.
{Ed007's Note - I don't think I had seen that video before, Pud, the verbal gymnastics Murray goes through shows the type of man he is - can you imagine any journalist asking those type of questions today?}

I haven’t seen that video but I was sent a clip this week after the Donald Findlay episode. Walter Smith and Ally McCoist dismissing it as a bit of banter. The girlfriend of Mark Scott who started Nil By Mouth speaks very eloquently on it doesn’t think it was harmless banter.

She was forthright with her questioning. No I don’t think a journalist would be as forthright today. I happen to be in contact with a few of them at the moment which is unusual for me. I don’t know if it was the ‘’55’ that did it as I’m never usually in their company but I’ve never seen them louder, prouder or angrier. I’ve grown up with them all my life and I’m some respects think we’re going back the way.

Spot on JFP. Since they imploded which was caused by Murray's tenure their youth have been indoctrinated with venomous hate from their families and friends. Aka Sevco and Sevconians.
