On the reports on if Howe coming not coming in what my take is that yes he's been offered the job and think celtic have gave him their best pitch to convince Howe this is the place to be this deal wouldve been worked on for a while but to have the face to face meeting is a major coup in its self. Howe will have done his home work on us and with a fresh start which he can mould his style around why would he not want it we are Glasgow Celtic what an opportunity for him why would you not want the job HH.

The Celtic job comes with huge expectations, traditions, pressure and obviously all the external factors and distractions of the job. Previously as far as I can gather, he has won an English Championship title as a manager in 2015 and promotion to the EPL; many plaudits for his coaching ability and has been out of work since August 2020. Reports also suggest his family may not travel up with him, so that could add a lot more stress and distraction?
Once upon a time the Celtic job may have attracted a lot more interest and the vacancy would be filled in no time, but there have been several extenuating circumstances, this past while and our reputation and appeal has dropped significantly. This is a great opportunity for the right man to make more Celtic history.

no wonder any manager does not want a job that comes with all the agro of fans who will stand out their stadium and throw missiles at their own players and abuse the manager who was a legend on and off the park who was only doing his best with what he had the fan in the end threw more abuse at lennon than rangers fan did i still say regret what you wished for.
