Here is the boring co efficient bit again.
Well done to Hearts who have gained 2 co efficient points so far and play a Maltese team next.
Aberdeen SHOULD also gain 2 points after tonight, and hope they get a kind draw in next round.
Celtic playing the Gibraltar team MUST get wins home and away also.
The two Scottish teams in the Europa league up and running (Hibs not played yet) hopefully will amass 6/ 8 coefficient points.
If we can win all 6 CL qualifiers (yes a tough order) we will ourselves have six co efficient points plus 4 bonus points and if we can win a game or two in group stages our own co efficient will rise significantly.
(My points are based on only 1 point for a win in qualifiers)

Well that's Aberdeen beaten 1-0 off of Luxembourg's second best team tonight.

That is an utter embarrassment by the way! Yes we've not even started our league season but to struggle so badly against a team from Luxembourg is scandalous! I expect everybody apart from the champs to be out on there ear before the league kicks off! Shower of Shoite!

Poor ain't it that Aberdeen can't win home and away against teams like this.

Celtic will never get an easy route to Champions league groups until these other Scottish teams get there finger out.

Glad Hearts did it, can't say I hold any hopes of Hibs doing anything.

Obviously Celtic need to improve a lot as well but I think we seem more together and I hope Lady Luck shines on us in the next couple of rounds.

other Scottish teams are of no help when it comes to the co efficient embarrassing really glad I don't support any of them I know Celtic have better finances and stuff but beaten by Luxenbourg's second best team what's that on par with like a pub team or what?

It's been the same old story for about 30 years Beav. It was only ever Celtic and Rangers who even made the group stages of any competition normally.

The League as a whole needs a shake up. The quicker the SFA and ALL clubs involved do more to get kids sitting in empty seats, and rest of the group lose the mentality of our away bhoys keeping them afloat, the better.

Kev T I am not sure Celtic can ever rely on Lady Luck . If a Celt fell into a massive barrell of prositutes, he would come up sucking his thumb.
