I know this might go against popular opinion but I hope the club don't get rid of all or most of the summer signings this window . I think getting rid of them having only being here only 6 month and being young guys in a foreign culture also not getting playing time in a restructuring season would be harsh on them . I'd like to see them getting 6-18month spl loans if possible . all who have played so far have shown glimpses of talent loans might help them blossom. trying to get our mo ey back would be very hard now but plying on loan let's us see if they're good enough to stay and also is a shop window to help sell them.

We need to move on players, we have too many for certaIn positions and not enough for others . Of course we haven’t enough ability in some positions. IMO Board will insist on us finishing transfer window with less players than we have at start of window . Surely we have plenty of players who joined us a year or so ago that we can move on . Getting players we don’t want to move is exceptionally difficult, as these players are usually earning top of the scale earnings in relation to ability and cannot be forced to move for less money. This window in January is not only very important it is also going to be very difficult.

Agreed DRB, it's to early to get rid of players. New manager, changes to style of football, change of culture, poor run of form and injuries and these guys are scapegoats. I'd give them another 6 months and if any of Holm, Yang, Tilio, Lagerbielke and Kwon were offered a loan in the league for game time I'd take it. I recon if we could get at least 2 out for game time and then get another 2 regular game time from ourselves then we can really asses at least 4.

I'd be offloading Kobayashi, Bernabei, ? Turnbull, Phillips, McCarthy, ? Welsh, ? Mikey Johnstone. The ones with the? If not in Brendan's plans times up.

With that then I'd like 2 or 3 quality players this window. A left back, striker, Goalkeeper or holding midfielder. Money spent. I think if that happened we'd come out stronger. With the summer being further investment.

I agree with most apart from getting rid of Welsh, the boy hasn’t let us down when called upon.

I concur - Welsh is one to keep.

Thats CCV, Scales, Welsh, Kobayashi, Lagerbielke, Nawrocki and Philips. (7 centre backs) . At most we need 4 that's far to many centre backs even with Phillips loan finishing. Whoever the manager has no intention of using as a starter or sitting on a bench needs to go - Welsh is not our first choice. I like him as a player but if he's not in the top 4 then he needs to go.

Just also remember that Kobayashi and Iwata were both Japanese Players of the Year over the lasyt five years or so and as they are still young they clearly have something to offer. I wouldn't do anything drastic with them at the moment.
