Rangers have confirmed 5 players are self isolating after testing positive for C.V. They didn’t release names but rumours are it’s The two goalkeepers, Tavernier, Sakala and Wright.
Wonder if they’ll confirm it or leave it quiet until the Europa league game.
If it’s a 10 day isolation then all five are out of the next two games.

thats why we ended up playing games after Dubai with the reserves.
I thought also that they were changing the rules to give a 3-0 result to the other team if a game was cancelled due to a team not being able to play.

The SPFL told Falkirk to play their first game of the season even though they had players isolating. It’s the league cup that made teams forfeit games. Different competitions, different rules. No way Rangers can claim they can’t field a side.

It’s a bit of a surprise to me and something I can't wrap my head around regarding last season and no positive tests for them. My good friends niece was seeing a Rangers player, I know on several occasions the players were round at her house drinking and having a good time. One of the girls that was there got C.V. but not one Rangers player did.
I’ve never spoke about it or really tried to justify things but when you see this it makes you start wondering. Morelos was one of the players at her house, her pal was entertaining him a lot while his wife was pregnant. The time when he was injured was right around the time the girl tested positive.
Anyway, last season is done. Let’s see how Sunday goes.

I think this is scandalous to charge for this game. My wifes dad (65 years old and not very sharp, sadly) was not given any information about registering to be in the ballots for his season ticket to get to games when restrictions still applied. I am fixing that up for him and he was excited to go next week, first game in a while (like most folk) but now has to fork out 19 quid. Not the end of the world, he is not short of money but they could have made a statement with either putting the game on the season book or charging a nominal fee like a fiver as a goodwill gesture.

You have to wonder what the mindset is in our transfer dealings, Alfie Doughty we raise our bids in increments of 100k hoping to get it done. Players like Bayo, Compper, Shved, Morgan, Hendry, Soro etc, its millions out the door and little in return. I know that isn't being fair on Soro just yet but the others we paid good money for and ended up with nothing in return.
The new scouting team seem a bit better than the last, go pay the 1.2m or whatever it will take to get this boy, especially with Bolis wage off the books.

The fact is that Ryan Kent is apparently moving for big money in every window but nothing materializes, strange that? If he was so good then someone down south would take a punt on him.
The rangers fans love him for one reason only, that he had a swing at Broony, it’s nothing to do with bjs ability, he’s their cult hero and idolized because of that. He couldn’t made Jota or Abadas boots, both these lads will leave us for 20+m and Kent will stay at rangers long term or leave on a free to the championship some day.

I’ve got a project roadmap drawn up with this exact business model via an app. The app would be generic but a white label skin would be offered to each club to make it custom and a pre defined set of variables for them to enable what and how they control the exchange of tickets.
My initial goal for this was to allow season ticket holders to offer up their tickets to schools/ sports clubs to encourage the younger generation to attend matches in a cheap way (even free if the ticket holder wasn’t fussed about getting money) .
The dilemma I’ve got is it’ll be very expensive to build this and getting in the door of enough clubs to make it worthwhile is extremely time consuming and expensive. I still would love to build it, I truly believe it would catch on and is the next increment of fan input to their clubs as well as keeping the stadium full and enabling people to enjoy match day experiences for a lower cost.

I would much rather Dubai than Portugal for the team, it is known to them and the facilities are absolutely top notch. I was in Dubai a few weeks ago, everywhere is quite strict on wearing your mask, sanitizing your hands, extra cleaning routines and so on, I think the weather at the time of year they are going is also miles better than Portugal and will condition the team better going from cold Glasgow to warm Dubai.

Oldkilly, in all fairness, I think most fans were very underwhelmed by signings like Morgan, Taylor and Hendry whereas you can just tell Ferguson and Nesbitt have something a bit special about them. I could be 100% wrong but these are boys who are their teams superstars and first names in their team sheets. They know what Scottish football is about, especially Ferguson coming from his family lineage, he wants to go to the very top and if he came to us for a 2-3 year spell under Ange, I bet the boy is in the premiership for big money.
