What a different a year makes. This time last year I like you was in despair. A disastrous season had just ended with zero trophies added to our illustrious history and with a new manager stalling on joining. Fast forward 12 short months we find ourselves at the end of the first year of a total rebuild having installed a new manager and many new players, some of whom have played 2 seasons virtually back to back. To say I am overwhelmed is putting it mildly. The turnaround has been nothing short of miraculous. To win back the league and another cup on top of it was amazing and the way we won it was a step back to the good old days of total attacking football I feel truly blessed to be a Celtic supporter and look forward with mouth watering anticipation at what Ange will do with the Bhoys next year. Hail Hail and thank you Celtic for a fantastic year.

At the begining of the this season the the rangers fans newspapers etc all had rangers doing the quadruple ???.
How pathetic and stupid they look now. It shows you they know nothing about football and nothing about players on other lragues. Etc.

Fabulous victory for the Bhoys today. No hiding whatsoever now for Scotland's shame. The world was watching and witnessed it all. When the SFA do SFA then UEFA needs to step in. Should be ordered to play remaining games behind closed doors and Celtic need to give them ZERO tickets for paradise. Thank you Ange and the Bhoys for another beautiful Sunday HH.

You know what. im tired of hearing we only won because of "The Wall" But you know what? A team is made up of 11 players. We have won trophies before where 1 player has been truly outstanding the "Henrik" final is the one which always comes to mind. A truly great team is one which when some players aren't fully on their game for whatever reason others lift their game to compensate. El biffalo was off his game but as a team they had no-one to lift them that little bit extra. Its all ifs and buts. Truth be told it could have been 2 nil. El biff could have been sent off. History will show that the cup went to Celtic who as a team won when everything said they shouldnt. 9 out of 10 off their game, then down to 10 men then a penalty against them and facing a striker on form (everywhere but against the champions) Its the mark of true winners. Roll on the 29th HAIL HAIL, 2 to go till 10 in a row.

We could of won 5-0, had 99% possession all game, not commit a single foul and that mob would still try taint result.
El Bill really struggles against any decent defence.

The stats don't tell lies, one or two shots on goal, that is shocking, absolute terrible, completely honking, there is no excuse, only maybe three players played well, I didn't watch the whole game, but what I saw was a hectic, frenetic, junior cup final, lacking finesse, skill, subtlety, . First time I have seen wee Frinpong (spelling) , thought he was great, will be a star, Kent, looks like a total waste of money, Morelos will never reach the top until he realises that if someone touches you, it doesn't mean you fall down, it means you ignore the touch and try to score, .

You know what in going to be brutally honest and say I hope we lose the Europa League qualifier and then maybe we will concentrate on the League. I really don't care about the Europa and the overall target has to be 10 in a row. Here's hoping the board have the same anbition.

As far as cash goes it's a splash in the ocean compared to Cl and the Board have made enough on KT to cover the difference.
The EL would only probably last until the New Year at best anyway and I too would rather not go through the old Thursday/ Sunday fiasco.

Yes the board and manager have made an arse of it so far this season, but doubt they share that ambition.

I feel the same as in it wouldn't bother me if we get knocked out of europe altogether because the league is our top priority this season and I feel we would be guaranteed 9 in a row because there would be no distractions.
At no time would I cheer on a team against Celtic. I didn't read the post properly parkheeder. ðŸ‘.

I will of course not be cheering any team above the Bhoys but my point is I simply don't care about the Europa league. I, like 10s of thousands of fellow Tim's are only interested in the big prizes. Unlike the board who only care about how much money they can line their pockets with the fans want 10 in a row above all else. 8f that means failing in Europe's 'other' competition so be it. HH PL we want ten.

I feel if we don’t qualify for europa it would bring more embarrassment to our club. Sevco will probably qualify for europe too, with a few decent signings we could win the league and have a run in europa.

Mmi what are you on about. You’re not interested in europa just the big prizes? unlike the board who only care about money. The reason we want champs league is for the money, yes it’s nice to play the biggest teams out there, but it’s not that fun getting humped by them. Even with the few signings we need, we are europa league standard. Sorry to break to you.

Almost 24 hours on and I am still bewildered at what happened last night. How could NL get it sooooo wrong? Even with the players we had and a lack of a left back we should have comfortably dealt with the pub team from Romania. Why has NL still got a job now? Why has PL not made any statement? Why are we as loyal fans being treated with such contempt? Why are we on the brink of the biggest disappointment since Feyenoord? I simply cannot believe the board are willing to throw away the chance for Celtic to complete 9 then 10 in a row. We should be so far in front of the zombies that they shouldn't even be able to see us but as it is the ipox match could be a disaster. In god's name Celtic make some investments now and stop the rot. Anything else is unthinkable.

First time poster and long time Celtic fan. Just felt the need to post after last night's debacle. I don't attend games any more and as such maybe I'm not as entitled to an opinion as most on here. But I have massive sympathy for the hurt most celtic supporters must be feeling after last night. Without doubt the best supported team in the world. Revered as a support in every corner of the world. Teams like Man Utd, Barcelona, Man City etc all know that the backing and atmosphere produced at Celtic Park is second to none. A support worthy of enhancing the Champions League every season. If these teams could buy our support they couldn't afford it but they know what a difference it would make to them. And in what way is that support rewarded? By being mugged off transfer window after transfer window. Team consistently being downgraded until the Board feel it has a team that might just crawl across the line whilst keeping the bucks stashed away. Celtic have a Champions league support but sadly our leaders have Europa league ambitions at best. As I said maybe not being a paying supporter doesn't entitle me to these opinions but my Bhoy attends all the games and never saw him as hurt as after last night. Hail Hail lads and hope you get what you as a support deserve.

We have never been good enough need to spend millions rember the 10 nil gubbins against Barcelona face reality we are not in the ball park greedy board with no ambition managers asking for players and them not helping John mcginn but sell our best player for top dollar lose our manager and throw the other one in the deep end who wins us a treble and won't help in Europe makes a mistake and everybody blames him we would get hammered and they only care who they can punt next reality check is the people are throwing the kitchen sink they are serious the board needs to take this as a real threat and help lennon to get his team sorted John mcginn was good enough to be as good as Scott Brown but they let him go now we're in the Europa league which is taken quite serious.

This year of all years the difference could be the real Celtic men giving everything and more to get to "the 10" In an ideal situation every player should give everything but we know that's not the case.
