Anyone else heard that Ryan mason from Spurs is a possible target along with snodgrass and the boy Flanagan
I'm pretty sure Flanagan just signed a new deal but that was names mentioned in work also heard the Danny graham rumour ideally I'd hope for a more prolific forward not someone who's strike rate is as bad as regular transfer window link Steven fletcher lol.

1.6million for armstrong I think it will happen this window but celtic will have to up the bid
I also reckon they will be more out the door possibly on loan surprised there is no cb on the radar especially given mulgrew breaking down
1.) Our board are an embarrassment. Increasing the bid for Armstrong by 100k when they know the price. I'm all for getting a good deal but if that was the case we should have had a bid in 3 weeks ago and negotiated from there when there was no other concrete offers from other teams. We all know today you have to pay a bit more because the selling team have I time to bring in a replacement.

Realisticly I never want to see someone signed on deadline day. the business should be done early. Lawell said one more player before rb was signed and he stuck to his word. And let's remember the last few deals rushed through on deadline day not exactly success stories
The frustration, for me, lies at the players still here efe boyata ciftci Bailey to name a few.

Armstrong and GMS aren't that bad? At their very best squad players. Last 20 min players against the lower teams when we are 4-0 up to enable rest time for others.

Armstrong and GMS started well but haven't lived up to their billing. I was expecting him to be a future Celtic captain but he has been lucky to make the bench this season. GMS is a nice guy but he doesn't have the mentality to be a Celtic player. Hides far to often.
BR clearly doesn't take any nonsense as Janko and Gordon have already found out and we will see what his assessment of those 2 are by the end of the season.

I cannot believe that only 8 drug tests have been carried out in Scottish football. Do teams carry out in house tests
No wonder players are not reaching potential they have no deterrent in stopping them going out and getting wired
Plus the easily accessible performance drugs must also be readily available.

Well if they're using performance drugs they're not working. That's got to come from the manager - body tests are done, you would also be able to tell if players weren't doing it in training, and to be fair Ronny is on top of that! The problem is ability and tactics!

Didn't want to post last night as it would have been heated and it shows how bad and worried as fans we all are when we are pointing at board level managerial level where as in previous years it would have all been around the chopped off goal
I don't think Deila can motivate hence why we had such a bad performance he also has to look at how that team performs
Our creative players struggle to make 10yard passes and the delivery from set plays is woeful
Think it's time to ditch the strict fitness and bring back the chips irn bru and practicing with a ball

Said it before simunovic said he wanted to leave last summer but because of the rules regarding playing for more than 2 clubs he was only able to sign for Zagreb who had no interest in returning the fee at that point simunovic downed tools
Only surprise is its taken to deadline day to get him moved out although I think Torino were interested in him when he signed for Celtic.

City are trying to get young English talent though due to epl restrictions and with brexit the epl can enforce the 5 foreigners rule as uk won't fall under eu employment laws.

I'm looking forward to January and hoping that Celtic sign 2 players on pre contracts that will improve 1st team and hopefully trim some out
The cl group is very difficult and provides the biggest stage we have to sell our club to potential signings
Would be great to work on a deal to make Roberts permanent before the epl inflate his value and a team like burnley offer city 20 mil.

Think a lot of bigger clubs were looking at him but he choose Leipzig as he's more likely to play weekly. Think he may have looked at Gauld going to sporting Lisbon and hardly featuring. There's a name to fling into the hat as the marquee signing lol.
