I want Celtic to do well in Europe next season, but first we need to sign the right players that has European experience in the past to get beyond the league stages and into the knockout stages in future, also need to get rid of Peter Liewell first.

Jburns81

{Ed007's Note - Under the new CL format I'd be delighted if we finish in the middle tier of the league to go into the play-off round for the next round.
We need to understand and re-evaluate what our aims are under this new European format.}

At this moment I just want to be in the CL. ?.

Who gets left out of the CL squad

Seems the choices are siegrist, idegucci or Mooy

For me Gucci probably doesn’t make it. Just because we haven’t seen enough of him.

2.) 02 Sep 2022 21:38:32
Tbhoy you think Bain makes it before Siegrist? Mccarthy before Mooy? Do you watch us play?

{Ed007's Note - Bain and McCarthy count as homegrown players. We'll find out tonight who's in and out but I would be really surprised if McCarthy doesn't make the CL squad.}

Seen the ticket prices for the Champions League home games (three matches)

Adult - £129
Concession - £99
Under 13 - £90

Ripping us off and I know it's the Champions League group stages.

Jburns81

1.) 26 Aug 2022 11:07:47
Thats fair pricing it's just a sign of the times mate. Wait n see sevco prices minimum 150 quid.

2.) 26 Aug 2022 11:17:27
It’s only £5 a ticket more ( £15 ) since Celtic last played in the CL 5 Years ago.
Celtic probably under priced our Europa League tickets (£72) for years and that’s why £129 seems high.

3.) 26 Aug 2022 11:32:55
Think the pricing is more than fair, deary me wouldn't like to see you following an epl team,

4.) 26 Aug 2022 12:06:00
Think the prices are more than fair. can't wait to be there.

5.) 26 Aug 2022 12:29:54
Don't buy them then you won't feel you're being ripped off, simple. HH.

6.) 26 Aug 2022 13:11:46
Does anyone remember the price of the 3match package for the champs league under O'Neill? I seem to remember it being about £100, so £129 20 years later is pretty fair imo. Plus an adult ticket for an SPL game (Livingston) is £32 but pay an extra £11 to see Real.

7.) 26 Aug 2022 15:28:08
Absolutely agree. Prices are very fair. What people can't seem to grasp is that our beloved Celtic are a PLC. It is their job to maximise all revenue streams. I get the argument about the cost of living crisis and in an ideal world the prices would be lower. It is what it is. and if you don't like it, don't buy em! The exact same thing is happening in the music industry. I love U2.would I pay £500 to see them? No.

8.) 26 Aug 2022 17:04:26
How much is your Liverpool package jb?

Celtic have got Real Madrid, RB Leipzig and Shakhtar Donetsk in the Group F of the Champions League's draw, the fixtures will come soon.

Jburns81

1.) 25 Aug 2022 18:17:41
Definitely not the worst group we could have got. At our best we can def get 3rd or even 2nd with a bit of luck. Home games will be very important and we need at least something in one of the away games.

2.) 25 Aug 2022 18:34:48
I’m delighted with our draw.
It has glamour with a long overdue meeting with current Champions Real Madrid.
I promised my son a trip to Germany, so Leipzig it is.
And it’s great to welcome a Ukraine club to Celtic Park again.

3.) 25 Aug 2022 18:50:19
Buzz

It’s tragic what’s happening in Ukraine but this is football.

No mercy pump them home and away.

4.) 25 Aug 2022 19:02:40
100% JFP

This is a competition, no prisoners (you know what I mean) .

5.) 25 Aug 2022 19:21:48
Pedro

The Scottish press will be canvassing for a sympathy vote.

And as I said what’s happening there is tragic.

I’ve met that need my own way as I’m sure many of us have.

But when it’s show time get right in about their mince.

Nae flags nae support nae mercy.

Been on my mind for a while now and thought I’d get it off my chest and get others opinions, the prices and quality of the stadium catering is an absolute shambles and disgrace. The prices have went up again this season and they’re robbing fans blind, personally think something needs to be done about it if I’m honest. Also noticed today that searching at other turnstiles is being done more, if they find fans with any liquids, alcohol or not, they confiscate them forcing them to buy the watered down over priced rubbish they sell in the ground.

Jburns81

1.) 04 Aug 2022 16:48:31
Have you seen the prices in any supermarket right now, the world's gone mad, and its the same everywhere.

2.) 04 Aug 2022 16:49:25
It doesn’t make it right but probably every ground is overpriced.
Kilmarnock is overpriced but at least the quality is good.
I’ve been told the pies in the hospitality suites, are much better than the pies we get sold.

3.) 04 Aug 2022 18:15:27
I posted the other day I paid £7 for one pie and a tea at Pittodrie last week, scandalous.

4.) 04 Aug 2022 18:48:21
Was it a 'Killie' pie ?

☘️ ? ☘️.

{Ed007's Note - An out of date one ??

5.) 04 Aug 2022 19:09:35
Goto Norway or Sweden and see what they pay for a pint lol.

6.) 04 Aug 2022 22:58:58
Jb I’ve never seen you buy a pie and you def don’t drink bovril so don’t worry about it.

7.) 04 Aug 2022 22:59:44
And getting the half bottle in is easy ?.

Won 3-1 but should be 4-1 with fourth goal being ruled out for offside.
