Heard peter grant will be part of eddie Howies team and reason he's not here yet is that Bournemouth still paying his wages till end of season .

Will always appreciate everything neil lennon has done for celtic only person to have won treble as player and manager. But feel he should have resigned much earlier as everyone could see what was happening months ago . think the board are every bit as responsible for this season fiasco.

Good luck to neil lennon for the future . hope the next manager gets to pick his own backroom team . couldn't see martin oneil Brendan Roger's would have accepted the job on the same term as Lennon did. think all best managers pick there own team .

Thinking ahead to next season as this ones done the worry for me is that most of the players worh keeping want to leave. we will be needing a whole new defence new strikers ect . going to be a big ask of new manager to come in and gel a team straight away . It beggars belief we could get ourselves into such a mess in such a short period of time.

I think new manager needs 3 transfer windows to get it right.
{Ed007's Note - A good manager/coach with money being spent on the team and the squad padded out with youth players being coached and trained right and we'll be back on track for next season. If the players we expect to leave all leave there'll be plenty of money for the rebuild

Ed007 agree 100%, never understood the 2-3 windows or years behind scenarios. It all depends on the manager and level of investment. Not that we will, but if we brought in a Rafa, Ancelloti, type manager and gave him £30m to invest we would romp it.

Hope your right ed but will have European qualifiers within weeks of being appointed will have to bring in about 7or 8 new players . yet we are still preserving with lennon personally think he must have been on a bonus to deliver 10 and will let him go once its mathematically impossible as it will cost less money. can't think of any other reason they wouldn't have changed it by now.

Hope your right ed but why not bring a manager in right away give him a chance to prepare before the European qualifiers doesn't make sense to keep neil lennon any longer if they have decided he won't be there next year.

Do you think a new manager appointment is being held up because we are seemingly going down the D. O. F route and personally I think he should have the biggest input into the the new Head coach appointment.
{Ed007's Note - I don't think anything's being held up. Fans want things to happen immediately and that's never the case in football. I suspect JK has said he wasn't willing to step-up if Lennon was sacked and after that there was no option than to stick with NL. I don't realistically see anyone that would have taken over the way things were going and having to work with Lawwell.}

Only reason am saying 3 windows is the volume of players who could be leaving we might only keep welsh, Taylor, McGregor and Turnbull in the first team maybe soro. To get a full squad bought in and hit ground running for Europe is hard. We should of made some changes in jan.

The fitness, desire and basic work rate have been missing this season.
Good managers/ coaches make players better.

Another terrible result shocking how easy we have made it for rangers this season . looks to me it's all down to money in how much it will cost to replace Lennon and coaching staff will all probably be on bonus to deliver 10 will have to wait till it's impossible before they act.
