Rogie red, I wasn't speaking about the spending, I was on about firing managers and having a nutter of an owner, he fired cooper, cooper had been the best coach at forrest since clough, took them up from bottom of championship to pub league, and then kept them in it, after practically buying 20 odd players. That's what I meant by basket case. Maybe my choice of words were poor, but I was on my second bottle of Buckie by that time. I used to love watching forrest, back in the day. Right up to colly more days, my favourite English league goalie in the nineties was crossly, he had a few howlers like a lot of our celtic goals do.

I was in the Main Stand when Celtic played Nottingham Forest in 1983 and it’s the 2nd most I’ve witnessed inside Celtic Park.
The most was in 1988 against Dundee, when the fans were sitting on the track around the Celtic End of the Stadium, where I was standing.

Fair play lads, and yes we had some fabulous players Bryan Roy, Lars Bohinen. The same happened to Dundee Utd in the 1984 European Cup Semi Final.
The referee admitted that Roma bribed him and he helped them overturn a 2-0 first leg defeat, to win the 2nd leg 3-0.
UEFA have created a massive gulf between the top 4 or 5 league and the rest of Europe over the last 20 years.

Pathetic performance, from team, manager, and board. Rodgers saysys he will be here for 3 years, if he has much more performances like that I don't see him getting that long. The arrogance of the board and owner is appalling.

Rodgers says he was angry at half time v St Johnstone. What about the fans. Who spend a lot of money to follow the team, and they repay us with this turgid performances. Now I don't expect to win every game, but what I do expect, is when you pull on the hoops and cross the line, you give your all, but im not seeing that. This is poor a celtic squad performance since Ronnie's days. It's so pedestrian, toothless, almost embarrassing for a celtic team, no heart, fight or ideas in this team.

I'm surprised, we haven't been linked with Callum Davidson, or paul Hartley, its all media spin to try and sell stories. Proper run clubs like celtic will be conducting business hopefully without the press knowing too much until its done.

Typical stroppy European. Greek, French and Portuguese are all pretty bad, you could maybe understand if pub league came in for him, but Japan or USA are where most people go to top up pension fund. Maybe the wife doesn't like the cold wet in scotland.

Forrest are a complete basket case of a club, much like the Govan galactic is. Mckenna wouldn't take any crap, he's not your modern day cb tippy tap, but he's not scared to put the boot in. Probably he'd walk spl, but European football might be different.
