I might be looking at this wrong. But is BR basically saying that the only way he has ever known to break down a stuffy team is to go back the way and start again. because as he has already told me I'm haven't got knowledge of the game but am pretty sure there are one or two more options than that.
I really don't know how this plays out.
Hopefully in a few weeks it all fizzles out, just round about the time BRs is unveiled as the new west ham manager ??.
