Paulo Bernardo was terrific. Best player on the park up until he went off. He is going to be huge for us and will make us a lot of money at some point. He reminds me of stan petrov more than any other player since. He isn't afraid to get stuck in and do the dirty work. That will help mcgregor massivley in europe.
Scales was brilliant as well. He has done nothing wrong this season to suggest Trusty should take his spot.
Everyone else had a fine game also and schmeichel is class. I wasnt that enthused by his signing but he's proving me wrong.

Engles just looked classy on the ball but he will do the dirty stuff also. McGowan came on and looked good also, Callum said he just told him to run about and do his stuff, which he did.

With these 2, Bernardo who was brilliant, our captain who also stood out and Reo, we have real quality in the centre of the park.

Kyogo was superb and should have had a hatrick, Maeda and Khun scared the pants off them. Jamsie came on was Jamsie.

Defensively we were tight, CCV and Scales won all his duels, AJ and GT were not really troubled.

I genuinely felt we did not get out of 3rd gear and there is a lot more to come from this team.

All the team where superb to a man. Bernardo was the standout for me with Kyogo a close second.

Khun also looks much improved since last season, I know he had that dental issue.

Love seeing the meltdown at Ibrokes.

Great team performance yesterday, if I was being picky I didn’t think hatate had his best game, to me he didn’t look as comfortable further forward where o Riley used to play. I was surprised when the manager took off Bernardo and not him . Some of the work rate of kyogo and maeda was excellent . Kyogo running all the way back at one point to tackle one of the Sevconian by our box summed it up . They couldn’t live with our workrate and movement. I’m nearly feeling sorry for capt tav at the minute ?? maeda must be an absolute horror to play against, you think you are past him and he comes back from nowhere to take it off you . He’s frightening with his work rate and ethic. If he had a final ball he would be 40 million pound player and could play for anyone . You have to love their humility as well, the Sevconian are always giving it the big one, app capt tav has the biggest flashiest car in ipox, maeda who’s played at world cups, for his national team, won trophies galore, is putting up posts of family walks and kids parties. There is nothing flash about our players which is great to see . I’m sure rogers is also pushing for that with signings as you don’t want flash lads, like cantwell etc upsetting morale in the team.
