Fair play to CCV putting his reputation (as he was clearly not fit) not to say his wellbeing on the line trying to "nurse" his hamstring.

Can't really blame BR for pushing for CCV to play until the winter break, as he is our star man. But what a message BR is sending to the recruiters. with no CCV he is playing two guys that looked to be on their way out, rather that the two signings costing some £7m.

What a mess recruitment was in the summer. 3 new CB's in total but none trusted. Albeit they were brought in as the two playing tomorrow we're not regarded.

Won't be listening to the game. Going a walk with the dogs. Just can't handle watching this team, given the total mess created by DD/ PL.

Saying a prayer for a victory but when you look at the spine of the team. GK, CH, CM and CF . It just doesn't look tough or good enough.

Quite clear BR doesn't fancy 8 of the 9 new signings. With this shocking position, it is my view either BR will go or DD might be forced to act, soon. He calls the shots; not the board.

Interesting times ahead.

Agree, recruitment appalling and of our starters almost half are off form, Hart, AJ, Taylor, Maeda, Kyogo and a few others patchy. Unless they all find form we will toil tomorrow.

It will be great when we supporters are able to move on from what definitely appears a poor summer transfer window. If we could give useful advice as how window could be improved, it certainly would be worth discussing.

Wish I had your confidence Buz, can’t decide if it’s BR tactics or players lack of commitment but most of the team seem to have lost there way.

I think BR did the right thing early on this season whe he said he manages what he is given, I think he was also right when he pointed out the lack of quality he sees in the squad, and that he needs more. That’s 2 clear messages to the board. That is also 2 clear messages to the players that he believes they are not good enough. That’s why a number of players have downed tools on him. he needs to manage the squad in a professional manner and and remind them that they are engaged contractually to Celtic and the standards expected when they signed are still the same today.
Keep the Faith.3 points today and the balance shifts back a little to us.
