Another brilliant Treble by Celtic.

It's a shame Ange has left our club but we move on to a new chapter in our unbroken history.

I will always be grateful to Ange, for grabbing Celtic by the scruff of our necks and dragging us to the top of Scottish football again, when we needed it the most.

I don't blame Ange for going to Spurs because he's a very ambitious man.
Going to live in London is a good move for himself and his young family and to manage a big club in the biggest league in the World, would be mad to turn down.

Ange has now followed Brendan and Gerrard in recently leaving Scottish football because we can't compete with our English neighbours.
Sky sponsorships and UEFA European formats over the last 15 years have made sure the gap is now massive.

I hope Ange continues to be successful but he has another very hard task on his hands.

I suppose I would be in the minority but I would like to see Brendan back at Celtic.
I reckon next season, will be the last opportunity of a guaranteed Champions League group place, for the Champions of Scotland and it will be for the new lucrative format in 2024/ 25.
I'm expecting the 2024/ 25 Scottish Champions, will probably have to qualify again for the 2025/ 26 Champions league season.
Brendan is the best man for the job, with the least gamble involved.

Hi Buzz hope you had a great holiday. The gap as you say is massive due to Sky. What chance do we have when a team like Luton receive £176m for winning a second division play off match, Argentina winning the World Cup and Real Madrid Champions League winners received nowhere that amount.

Buzz, agree 100% with what you said about Ange but where I draw the line is with Brendan because of the way he left us and the style of play before he left ie passing side ways and backwards so often, I feel Celtic are more of a pressing hi tempo team rather than letting other teams back into games.

I agree with your Peter, at first Rogers football was really good, but at the end it really did seem sideways and backwards passing all the time, just gave sides loads of time to put 11 men behind the ball. In a way, some of the teams had sussed anges system a little bit as well, letting our centre backs have it and press as soon as it comes into midfield and also where the refs assisted them by stopping us taking quick free kicks, wasting time, throwing two balls on etc.
In saying that for our situation Rogers may be the best candidate for us although I’d hope he keeps the fast pressing and maybe have another alternative plan for certain games .

So how is that different from the last few months? Been a while since we saw any high press high tempo stuff .

Hey buzz Enrico hope you enjoyed vacation.

Enrico agrees with lot of your thoughts my friend.

Don’t really know who comes in next you know? Enrico agrees if we could get BR back it would be a good move.

Enrico would like to see the appointment made before tour of Japan.

Hail hail my friend.

Thanks Oldkilly, we will be back on Monday.
It’s been difficult to get Wi-Fi on the ship but we’ve now stopped at Tampa for about 36 hours.

The fans backlash probably isn’t worth listening too, if Celtic brought Brendan back.
I’ve noticed Brendan has been to a couple of our recent games.

I hope we don’t bring in another cheap option.
Granted we got lucky with Ange.
Celtic have previously splashed out with Martin O’Neill and Brendan Rodgers, with both being successful appointments.

The amount of SPL titles won this century, plus doubles and trebles show that either our Board has been exceptionally lucky or else knows something about hiring a Manager.
Let’s hope they are successful this time too.
