Just reading that heading the ball the day before a game and the day after is to be banned and restricted to one day a week in training. The powers that be are saying it is the cause of dementia, how many players have died as a result of heading the ball how many have died of the ailment that never played the game or headed a ball in their life, I know it's a horrible sickness and not nice to see people suffer. So what will be next, ban boxers from hitting an opponent on the head or ban scrums in rugby were heads come together.

If imagine that efforts to ensure people doing their job are as safeguarded as possible both now and from future work related sicknesses will continue and increase. Once upon a time wearing a dust mask was deemed overkill then asbestosis changed the game.

The only obvious thing to do, is to ban heading the ball totally, my theory is, that it isn't the weight of the ball nowadays, like when it was a wet, heavy leather ball, back in the day, but it's the movement of your head, that throws the brain forward in the skull cavity, causing minor trauma, that accumulates, as time goes by, I mean, it is called football, why don't we have a season, without heading the ball, concentrate on keeping the ball on the ground, concentrate on teaching the youngsters how to control the ball with their feet,
