Just my 2 pence worth. I have no fear of any other team in the league taking our crown. Will it be a contest? Maybe? And I kind of hope it is. Am. i bothered about other teams signings? Jesus no. Dies it puzzle me the weird negativity before a balls kicked? Every fseason. As stubble would say. 9 iar one to go.

I don’t think there was any negativity in the recent posts. I don’t recall reading anyone saying Celtic would not win the league.
What I do recall is some saying (correctly) don’t take anything for granted or get above ourselves.
Hubris, the Greeks called it. When mere mortals think they are unbeatable and Godlike, the Gods will teach them a lesson just to contain their arrogance.
So, like most, I believe that Ange has assembled the tools to make two in a row a distinct possibility, but I, and some of the more enlightened on here, would never ever take it for granted. I’m too long in the tooth for that.

I said numerous times that I know from experience anything can happen from what I have seen from Ange and Celtic over the last 12 months makes me 100% confident we will win the league. We're defending champions, we've got the better manager, we've got the better players, we've strengthened the squad and not finished there, we've got more money than the rest of Scottish football combined and we're playing a type of football that even the SMSM are grudgingly admiring.
That's not arrogance, that's just a reality and percentages of confidence is just pedantic nonsense, you either think we'll win the league or we won't. I am confident that we will, could we lose it, of course but I don't think there's any chance of it happening

Let's not fear anyone but let's not underestimate anyone either. I doubt Ange underestimates any opposition.

Just watched the goals from last season again start to finish. We played some electric stuff even in transition I cannot wait to sample the fully pre seasoned prepared team. We are going to burn this league and all who dare. although there is a percentage of possibility we could fizzle out but I really don't think so. Yep No we wont.

I honestly think Ange is building the best team we have had in decades. So beating that bunch to me is a cert. The peepel will be calling for Gios removal by October.

Going through their signings, and there's a lot, they need to hit the ground running and there is no guarantee they will. I have no fear of what they brought in, zero. They are under the impression that gvb has Ange's number, I would assume because of the semi when any other ref anywhere would have booked lundstrum in the first twenty minutes.

They are running on fumes, re-signing the old guard is a mistake and I am confident we will take the league. I honestly see nothing to fear over there. We have a full squad, integrated and ready to go

Bring it on. And I see them drawing v Livvy.

I had to chuckle today when having lunch with my 2 Sevco mates, We were discussing the up and coming league and how we were looking forward to the season kicking off when one of my mates who has had a season ticket at Mordor for over 30 says "Lawrence is the best midfielder he has seen in Scotland for years, his range of passing and goal scoring ability is outstanding and second to none" he has got this opinion from the recent friendly he played in.

Lads and lassies I'm a celtic fan I believe we will everything.
I don't care about the past games or who any spfl buy.
I care about what's next for us. Yes we do look sharper fitness and better than last season start to the league.
Its all on ange and the players. Let's destroy everything in front of us.
Buzzing for Sunday as that will be the tempo all set for the year.
Also big jenz should be ready to go now. Mooy wil be a few weeks.
