Am I right in thinking that teams who make CL group stage are guaranteed football after Xmas?

1st goes right through
2nd plays a qualifier to reach last 16
3rd goes to Europa play off
4th goes to conference play off.

I don't think 4th goes into conference, is it not 3rd from Europa group goes into conference.
