If you offered me a 3 point lead with 11 games left and a league cup win in September, I would've bit your hand off. Some of our support need a reality check. League over everything its a rebuild not a finished article.

Mark,
I was fearing the worse during the summer and I didn’t want the season to start.
I was expecting a flashback to the 1990s with unrest and turmoil towards the board this season.
The fans had a couple of protests at the start of the season.
But it all changed when Celtic had those 5 home matches in a row in August and Ange had Celtic playing some really awesome football.
I knew then that Celtic would challenge this season but more importantly that we had our club back and it wasn’t going to take years to compete again.
I understand PeeKay and Auf’s frustrations, along with other supporters but Ange is only in the door and he got a respectable 9 points in a tough group. ( which was more points than other clubs that qualified)
Ange also beat the top unseeded club AZ Alkmaar to reach the Europa league in the first place.
Ange is being overly criticised for our recent European record and he’s only in the door 8 months.

Yes, I was fearing the worst in the summer as well and I thought it would be 2/ 3 years until we were winning trophies again.

Agree with you both on the respective points you've made ?.

Given the state of the first team squad awaiting Ange when he showed up at Lennoxtown last summer, the turnaround has been very impressive.

I also fully appreciate we don't play in La Liga or Serie A, but, there was still a big job to do in order to get us playing with any form of identity, then to compete and win games.

Would I question some of the starting line ups or substitutions during games, Yes. Am I happy at the performances over two legs against Bodo, No.

Importantly, I think we're heading in the right direction with a;-
* 3 points lead at the top of the table
* first trophy of the season in the cabinet and
* a united squad of players who are getting results but have also played some very good football.

Have we all forgotten the cluster f$@k of last season under Lennon?

Do I trust and support Ange - 100%.

The shambles that Ange inherited and the fact he was swiftly ushered to Celtic Park in the rear of fast-black changing into his Celtic tie after the Howe-No fiasco makes it all the more remarkable.
Basically, whatever happens over the next 11 league games and Scottish Cup matches -even though there has been recent criticism and concerns - very few Celtic supporters could have predicted the transformation and progress achieved to put us in this position.

Mark/ Buzz.

Celtic are like a town clock.

One face (Europe) has been knackered for years and only tells the correct time occasionally. It frustrates all who want to go on a journey.

The other (Domestically) has been (last year apart) the source of many a party and brought joy year after year.

This year, clock face one has done it's usual dirty tricks on us. But face two? Well so far face two has surpassed many of our expectations and the boys in Paradise have been awesome. So far they deserve every plaudit that comes their way. Just keep the eye on the prize boys.

The as long as we beat the Zombies brigade out in force. Celtic got humiliated in Europe anyone accepting that is part of the problem.

I actually think Bodos style and tactics would be perfect for us in Europe. They pressed from the front, attacked and defended as a unit. They kept their width really well too in defence and attack. I hope he takes that setup on board and tries it out as it could be a good for us in tricky away games.
