What is our position in the league?
This season that is the most important thing. let's calm down and move forward.

Absolutely any European progress I see as a bonus the most important thing to the club this season is the league.

This new European conference is a complete and utter joke.
It was created due to the face Uefa wants only the rich teams from the big countries in the Champions league (even the name of that competition is a joke)

They threw this competition together to keep the small teams from the small countries happy.

I know it was nothing to do with Uefa but when there was talk of a super league they invited Spurs and Arsenal, when was the last time they did anything in Europe?
They only got invited due to who they are owned by.

Every season or priority is the league. On Thursday Celtic had the 2nd largest crowd in Europe and we are in the third tier competition. The punters deserve better. 3pts tomorrow against SPL dross will have us world beaters again.

Everything that's wrong with celtic shines out your post. A board Apologist that excepts mediocre as long as we beat the zombies ?‍♀️. We should always inspire to be better. Europe is the future of football and we can't compete in the bottom tier. The club is run like a bowling club, needs modernised from top to bottom. we don't even have a head of recruitment. Youth players bailing out constantly but we beat the zombies ?‍♂️ ????.

{Ed007's Note - I tend to agree with you, Auf ,not about Buzz being a board apologist lol. The Celtic board - and a lot of fans - seem to be happy to be the top team in Scotland and that's the be all and all but when you look at the financial side of things our dominance of Scottish football should be a formality and we should treat that as our bread and butter, we talk about modelling ourselves on clubs like Ajax when we should also be modelling ourselves on clubs like PSG who have a lot more money than everyone else in their league and just use that as a vehicle for the bigger picture, appropriate European success.
We are at a level where we should be - and should have been in recent years - a CL club aiming to finish second or third in our group. It's been a massive dereliction of duty by this board to build on our domestic success and move us mile in front of every else in Scotland.
Celtic aren't responsible for the whole wellbeing of the Scottish league, if other teams can't compete with us then that is their problem not ours, do PSG fans worry if TV companies are looking after the French league?
It's that kind of parochialism from the board and some supporters that are holding us back, look on forums and Celtic fan media and see how many spend their time talking about TRIFC while we are a still a shambles behind the scenes, nothing has changed - we're actually worse of personnel wise in the recruitment department and it's only Ange's input that has saved us this year, what do we do if Ange leaves in the summer, what do we do if Ange say takes a heart attack or is killed in a car crash, we're back to square one.
There has been no long term vision or planning for a long time and the next few months will be crucial in implementing some sort of those plans.}

I agree with you that Celtic should improve behind the scenes.
The board do a good job at balancing the books but for years we restricted ourselves with the recruitment in the summertime.
Waiting until finding out our European destination didn’t help our progression at a crucial time of the season.
Maybe that will change under Ange and our new Chief Executive because our January signings were done early for the first time.

But chill the board are backing us and backing ange it's a full rebuild. Small steps
Ye we are p. ed that bobo beat us we got caught out few our best players got caught out. Its the hot and cold of certain players but I do have one gripe.
Bobos right back and left back destroyed us the right winger for them schooled Taylor from the start ange should have know this team we not that bad. His homework was out. It should have been changed after 30 mins you could see it. Abda is an attacker he needs to be taught how to defend as Bobos left back owned him every time. Juranovic left back ralston right back.
I stil thought we where in control of the game at 2.1 but the deflection for the third was a hard watch.
We had chances but missed they had a couple of chances and scored.
I'm a celtic fan and always believe we will win on Thursday is it a tough ask yes it is. But its dooable. We are good enough just put the ball in the net. 2 up front juranovic left back ralston right back. It's a big game right now as ange said its half time so we go down fighting. Imo

I understandstand what you are saying but @auf sometimes your negative posts are expecting to much.
The club has wealth yes do we spend that wealth to compete with let's say dynamo Kiev no we don't.
Its just magic to play these teams and take scalps. Let's see what our board bring in the future with anges mindset maybe he will get the backing this time or he will leave us quit rightly.
