Given that Ange has killed all speculation about the transfer window much to eds annoyance I was wondering who was everyone's favourite transfer from each Scottish team, mines are.

I would agree that Tosh McKinlay is the best player I’ve seen Celtic sign from Hearts.
Scott Brown gets the nod ahead of John Collins, in the best signing I’ve seen signed from Hibs because of the amount of success Broony had with Celtic.
Celtic have had loads of success with players bought from Motherwell in the last 30 odd years with Brian McClair, Andy Walker, Phil O’Donnell and most recently David Turnbull all being good signings.
McClair is currently the pick of the bunch but Turnbull is still young and he has all the potential in the world.

Buzz how do you rate Turnbull's performances of late?
For me the lad hasn't kicked on as I expected and I think he'll struggle to get back into the team when fit.

Pod, I’m a fan of Turnbull and I expect he will keep improving, especially under Ange.
McClair is still a class above at this stage.

{Ed007's Note - Charlie Nicholas broke my wee pup heart when left Celtic but Brian McClair certainly helped heal it :) Could Celtic not find him a job somewhere, his experience running Man Utd's academy etc is surely a knowledge worth tapping into - we asked WGS to review our youth set up and someone like McClair would have been better qualified for that particular job imo.}

McClair presented me with my first ever medal playing for the Primary school and then on another occasion a couple of years later, he came to our Boys Club presentation night and he gave the players their medals and cups.
Great servant to Celtic and for years Fergie said McClair was his best signing.
