Both teams could've had another 3 or 4 goals, really entertaining end to end game. Big Scales looks composed and thought Uroghide done himself proud today on his debut.

Vin1. Correct. Although he also gave the ball away in the middle resulting in Betis equaliser. His work rate is terrible, he’s lazy and can’t beat a man, we could replace him pretty quickly with a better player. Needs to step up.

Give me a break lads - is he perfect? No. Is he the finished article? No. Do we want better? Yes. Could he improve? Yes. Could his decision making be better? Yes. Could he work on his fitness? Yes. Is he troubled by injuries? Yes.

But who am I talking about though? Just about every current Celtic player could fit the bill if we wanted to be critical enough. It's great that our expectations of our players are so high though.

Listen, MJ is a Celtic player and he will get my full undivided support. Will he frustrate? Yes. Is his talent mercurial? Certainly. Is he consistent? No. Is he the only player to miss a pass? No. Is he the only player to make an error? No. Is he an easy target? Yes. Am I a Monday morning quarterback who moans but am not fit to fill his footballing shoes? Sure. Does Joanie love Chachi? Ask your dad!

I thought he did okay last night, given the opposition. It's funny how the same people who call him greedy are moaning because he tried to square it when 1 on 1 with the keeper - can this boy do anything to win?

He is still relatively young enough to mentally mature into a better reader of the game - I know he has the physical talent. Marry the two and we might just have some player on our hands.

He has had a few managers in his time and unless I miss my guess they have all rated him good enough.
