I would play Bolingoli against Motherwell tomorrow.
I've not been his biggest fan since he came to the club but Celtic are very short in quality at left back.
Scales can't get on the bench for a very poor Ireland squad and that shows he isn't ready yet to be a first pick at Celtic.
We need to be careful with Montgomery because he's only turned 19 and he will need to play on Tuesday because Boli isn't in our Europa League squad.
Bolingoli played well against Livingston and he has the pace to cope with our new system.
I think he deserves a second chance.
It was shocking what he did last season and it resulted in putting the whole club under extra unnecessary pressure due to the amount of games outstanding, which we never recovered from.
Although the first cracks appeared with Bolingoli, there were other major issues at the club last season and we wouldn't have won 10 in a row anyway.
What's your thoughts in giving Boli another chance at Celtic?

{Ed007's Note - After this length of time I couldn't care less about the Covid stuff with Bolingoli to be honest, Buzz - how many people wanted to crucify Bolingoli but were shouting that LG should have been given yet ANOTHER chance?
For me though I just don't think Bolingoli's good enough to be a Celtic player long term but with Scales apparently not getting a sniff and after a couple of high profile mistakes I'd take young Montgomery out of the firing line I'd be happy enough to see Bolingoli start tomorrow.}

I agree with everything you wrote Ed. but I think we might be in the minority.

{Ed007's Note - From experience I've found being in the right always puts you in the minority, Buzz ??

I've been consistently against the various double standards that kicked in for Boli for some reason, but I suspect Ed's right here, and he's being left out on (lack of) merit here. I'd be prepared to give him a run of games to see if he can up his game, or maybe earn a deal someplace else.

{Ed007's Note - Maybe Ange can do what he has done with Ralston - who has regressed recently but has probably played more minutes than any other outfield player this year (Buzz?) and could do with a rest imo.}

Ralston has missed only 2 games this season.
He was injured for one game and Tony was also an unused sub at Livingston.
Starfelt missed the Midtjylland games but he’s played every 90 minutes since except he wasn’t in the Celtic squad for the plastic pitch trip to Livingston.
The only ever present this season has been David Turnbull.
Since Turnbull was eventually allowed into the team in December,
David has played an incredible 46 competitive games in a row for Celtic.
It’s a Very good record for a player who was labelled a risk due to his previous bad injury.

{Ed007's Note - Cheers, Buzz ?

It was strange how ange played him against livi out the blue and then he disappeared, thought he was one of our better players, on the cv thing he done wrong let's move on he gets payed to play for our club so that'll do for me, on the game 3 points a must but it's a difficult venue.
