How many players do we need in the door I say at least 5 maybe we could get a mixture of permanent deals and a few loans but looking at the bench at the weekend and with players going a cpl of injuries and we would look very threadbare hopefully a busy day

Looks like Giorgious and Jota are coming in Jimbhoy.

A CB on loan and a midfielder like McCann would be handy also.

Bit you're right, the bench at present is paper thin.

Spot on Pedro that's all we need in to be fair once injured players come back into the fold we will have a strong looking squad. Could do with a few more out the door. Griff, Boli, Barkas, Bitton are all surplus imo. Wouldn't mind trying for a swap deal with Bain for Siegrist too as a back up to Hart but looks like we will be stuck with the keepers until Jan at least.

Hibs have put 5m price tag on Nesbitt, I’d go and pay now that Eddy is all but gone. Young man, hungry, ready to play and fantastic sell on potential. I’d also stick in a bid for Lewis Ferguson too, we potentially have £18m coming in the door today (maybe over time but same thing) so let’s go and just get the squad beefed up with the best talent in our own country.

Lewis Morgan, Jack Hendry, Greg Taylor, Gary Mackay Stevens, Scottish talent that we bought who didn’t or haven’t been a success at Celtic add David Turnbull who really hasn’t turned up in big games its a different pressure playing at Celtic, so it could be the same with McCann, Nesbitt and Ferguson players that so many fans want, I’m sure there will be others from Scottish teams who struggled at Celtic . As I said it’s a whole new ball game with Celtic.

Oldkilly, in all fairness, I think most fans were very underwhelmed by signings like Morgan, Taylor and Hendry whereas you can just tell Ferguson and Nesbitt have something a bit special about them. I could be 100% wrong but these are boys who are their teams superstars and first names in their team sheets. They know what Scottish football is about, especially Ferguson coming from his family lineage, he wants to go to the very top and if he came to us for a 2-3 year spell under Ange, I bet the boy is in the premiership for big money.
