Board to blame. we have a very weak squad. we need gk, lb, rb, cb, 2 cm, lw and 2 cf.4m each would cost us 36m. can't see us spending that. poor season ahead but not ange's fault. if we take in 20m for eddie, and after giving psg there share would need to spend about 20m on top. can't see the board doing that. .

Eddy's value is dropping like ma 65 year auld bawsack. He has went from hero to near enough zero in past 60 games. Hopefully Brighton pursue their interest and end both his and our misery, so Ange can finally get closer to the team he has in his mind?

It’s obvious Eddy doesn’t like being isolated up front on his own.
He came alive when he had a partner in the 3-5-2 formation.
It’s been clear to see for a while that his heart isn’t in it at Celtic anymore.
But he could’ve at least have tried to put a shift in for our club tonight, in what I hope was his last game for Celtic.
I’m looking forward to having a new strike force and hopefully someone, who can at least be a threat in the air for a change.

I don't think we need 2 centre mids tbh. We still need a GK, CB, RB, LB 2 CF.

I think our midfield is actually okay with mcgregor, sorro turbull and Christie if he is staying. I'd have a youth player pushing in before buying anyone else for there.

We have forrest, Abada, dembele, johnstone and furuhashi for the wings (although I liked the videos of furuhashi as the striker) . But I think a centre forward or two is definitely required.

Get rid of edouard, ntcham if he wants to go, rid of one of those goalkeepers. Ajeti or Griffiths needs to go. Get that business done with decent players replacing and a wee bit of time to gel we should be okay.

We should of made a fortune on player sales frimpong, ajer, klimala, shved. Plus a lot of players off the wage bracket. That's already around £30 million since janaury. We are lucky to have spent 8.5 so far. If we sell the players above your talking about another 25 in the bag. All this money coming but no proper investment in the club.

I disagree about our midfield being ok. It's our strongest area but what exactly does our current midfield bring to the table? Not much. Maybe against SPL sides we can be ok but this midfield is week and won't dominate any half decent teams.
