Thankfully Midtjylland are gash or we would be in serious trouble. We are so lacking in so many positions including a centre forward who is just going through the motions and a goalkeeper well let's put it this way isn't a goalkeeper. This squad of players are one of the worst I've seen.

Barkas is a player though. stick him at right back? Welsh had a good game, new boy looks good. We know we are lacking in a number of positions but thought we stood up well. We can win next week and then build. Other than ross county last season still not seen Barkas make a save. Didn't see Preston game.

We were in total control of the game until Bitton fecked up. hopefully he is sold soon. at least he won't feature in the 2nd leg.

Bit harsh considering we were almost certainly the better team there.
For sure need a new keeper and we can’t have Ralston be first choice right back, or even 2nd choice really. I’d also like to think we have better defenders at the club than Bitton. But other than that, I thought it was pretty encouraging stuff for a first competitive game.
