Regardless of the fact we don't have a manager in place at the moment I really think we should make a move for Kevin Nisbet before the Euros begin. I've said many times on the forum I believe he's a cracking young player. If he has a decent Euros we will more than likely be priced out of a deal so now is the time to make a move for me.

Agreed Barry. If he scores even a single goal his price will double. HH.

I agree guys.
Kevin Nesbitt reminds me of a Scott McDonald type of player and I believe he would be a good signing.
His first season in the Premiership since his younger Partick Thistle days, has been a success.
Kevin scored at Celtic Park, Ibrox, Hampden and he also scored at home to Celtic.
Nesbitt also scored on all 3 plastic pitches, including a hat trick at Livingston.

We should have bought him from raith rovers as a project rather than klimala.

Iceman I do agree But for last couple years we all been going on about interfering in transfers who’s buying them shved kimala. What if ange not fancy? What if he has better alternative ? what if he doesn’t see nisbet fitting in to style he want adopt. ? There would be no point in him coming then. is our unofficial dof / transfer head honcho still to do deals himself ? As said seems bit of no brainier as kid looks part but we can’t have both ways I’m more concerned about our constant dealings with or thru. Man City. It’s as if we need their approval on anything we do.

P73, I actually see the City Group dealings as being potentially good for us and if it were ever to happen and they at some point had a proper stake in Celtic then I wouldn't see it as being a bad thing because they're not afraid to spend money when they think they need to.
I know some will disagree for reasons nothing to do with football so PLEASE let's not get into that as it's a whole new discussion but it's simply my opinion that they would make our club more successful on a football front. HH.

Why would Hibs sell before the Euro's. Even if he doesn't score they will get good money. If he's a success they will cash in.

Auf Hibs are just like every club in Scotland. In need of money. If a substantial offer lands on their desk there is every chance they will accept it. I get what you’re saying though however if we make Hibs an offer they can’t refuse hopefully the deal ban be done quickly. If the lad has a decent Euros a heard of English teams will come calling.

A living dog is worth more than a dead lion Auf.
He has a value at the moment. If he has a great Euro trip then that could increase but if he doesn't then his value could fall. HH.

Bestybhoy. Soz for delayed reply. I feel like why do we need the association with them. Surely we should be able stand on own two feet and make decisions for ourselves. When did Celtic start needing help from other clubs/ groups. To make any decision. I feel we undermining ourselves and should be standing alone. We becoming some sort feeder club for them where we apparently are incapable of decisions without their input in some capacity. I just can’t get head around why we need In truth I feel they diluting what football about for me with their endless billions the play toy of oil baron. Their planned exit to euro super league just all about dosh A poster stated pre final that city and Chelsea should receive a golden oil drum for winning and that kind of sums it up Thought we better than that Thought we bigger club before oil and now feel like we incapable of anything without their approval.
