So Lennon thinks we need to get the basics right. Suggest he looks in the mirror then has a word with the people above him!
This has been a strategic failure for decades. We got lucky on a few occasions over the years but the same failings are depressingly apparent and often have the same outcomes.

He his Hibs and Bolton level, Cluij are a streetwise side who know the Champions League, we should have looked at Petrescu or Cocu for our manager, not the yes man who can’t organise a defence and his team selection and tactics are baffling.
