Hey Ed, no really a first time poster (cos this is about the 4th username I’ve had to create after forgetting my previous names and passwords) but having read the site for the past few years, I have to say this is possibly the most negative I’ve seen the site. We’re potentially 3 points clear in the league, the richest we’ve ever been, possibly the youngest team we’ve had with so much potential, last 32 of Europe and a chance to qualify further after qualifying from a really tough group stage, broke our transfer record for a player, possibly have the best left back in the world, one of the best managers in the world, a stadium that’s world class, and we’re worrying about things like a 36 year old has been?

Granted we can improve, but let’s not be doom and gloom.

Lastly Ed, any chance Rodgers (knowing Rodgers) might see Burke as a RB?

I think a lot of these negative posts are from Zombies masquerading as Celtic fans. You can usually tell by the spelling mistakes, poor grammar and the use of words like ‘desperation ‘.

Some of the negativity is over the top, granted. You'd think we were the chasing pack at the moment but it really us in our hands. But I feel there are quite a few fans are more concerned with the decline in standards over the recent past that's allowed the gap to close, ignoring that is naive.

Full strength celtic can go on a run but we've yet to see it this year. Tough games for that mob after January, one slip up we could be 6 ahead.

Thr sevvies say stuff like "sick of this pish " "guarantee you" "end of" etc. They all pretend they care whilst really portraying fear. Project fear. They are so "desperate" for success they will resort to the only way they know how to win. . underhanded.

McStay is definitely a ‘glass half full’ man but I don’t get why it’s hilarious. It’s 100% correct. Everything he stated in his post was a fact. Most of the negative posts are based on unfounded opinions.

Agree with those who said that a lot of negative posts come from "the peeple" masquerading as tims. In a strange way I'm glad we lost to them as it was a reality check but it shouldn't have caused panic just as losing to hearts or hibs etc didn't cause panic. I know the rangers think that the league is one game as indicated by the joy they feel when thay go above us in the classifications, uf only for a few hours. SINCE ROGERS ARRIVED WE HAVE NOT LOST AN IMPORTANT GAME IN SCOTLAND AS INDICATED BY BACK TO BACK TREBLES AND ANOTHER TREBLE IS VERY MUCH ON. That we drop points, even to Sevco in the league is to be expected but to go unbeaten in the cups for this length of time is more of an indication of the state of the team. Happy New Year Everyone.

Coybig so you agree kt is the best left back in the world? I think you need a reality check. Great player as he is he's not even Scotland best left back in my opinion. And Rodgers one of the best managers in the world. Come on mate. Again he's good but nowhere near that standard.
