Hi ed007, always had the feeling you weren't the biggest fan of commons for possible behind the scenes stuff and also don't think your much of a John Collins fan. What you make of the shouting match in the dugout?

On another note that's was another terrible performance. Same old questions, is it the manager? The players? The board for not providing funds for better players? But then again I'm guessing molde spend less than 50% than us on players and wages so where does that leave us?

Spent all week looking forward to the game tonight and had to watch that disgrace.

{Ed007's Note - Giving Commons the two year contract extension was a major error that done nothing but help to feed his ego even further. BY his own admission he has caused problems for every manager he's worked with and don't be fooled about Commons caring about Celtic, he has undermined the manager since day one and his only cares are his back balance and the celebrity niche him and his Rupert Murdcoch employed concubine can etch out for themselves.
The quicker both Commons and his partner are shown the door at Celtic the overall happier the place will be - it might even stop some of the stories getting into the press.
Tonight's performance was typical of the usual suspects, a dodgy defence stood in front of one of the most calamitous GKs it's been my misfortune to watch playing for CFC, the back 5 needs to be sorted out and once again we're screaming out for a quality striker.
I was hoping Simunovic would have been available tonight but after he was ruled out I knew we were going to struggle.
Get Logan Bailly in goal, Lustig/Janko, Boyata, Simunovic, Izaguirre/Tierney as your back 4, Brown (when fit, I don't think he's fully fit right now) and Bitton pick themselves and after that we've got Johansen (again when he's fully fit) and then we're struggling for the other 2 forwards between rank rotten diddies like Forrest and GMS who doesn't look a shadow of the player he was, along with Armstrong I'm questioning if either of them can handle playing for a club this size.
Up front we have nothing of any note, Grifiths will do OK domestically, Ciftci just won't do and why the hell we're wheeling in Carlton Cole baffles me.
The same problems we had in August still haven't been addressed, Lawwell is still there inexplicably following whatever plan John Park has - if he has one at all - and it's dragging us down bit by bit every year.}

RD escapes any criticism there Ed and that ain't right mate!

Maribor, Malmo now tonight seems to make major substitutions all wrong Molde WILL score IMO @ Parkhead because of our hoplessness at the back and there style

If results don't go our way that night and our hopes are ended he will face getting sacked IMO

He is CLEARLY rattled / flustered tonight and he is well into his "cat's lives" IMO the trouble for me is he has a look of knowing he is non-sackable and that clearly IS! PL's fault!

{Ed007's Note - RD has the same problems he's had all season, inferior players, inferior attitudes from players and given very little help from the board to do his job.
What do you expect him to do when players on the park aren't doing the most simplest of tasks, how can RD make Craig Gordon position himself better or make him go down for saves quicker?
The fact is that we don't have enough good players. Another goal in another important match and Craig Gordon let us down, how many's that now?
There are too many impostors playing in our first team, Gordon, Ambrose, GMS, Armstrong, Commons, Griffiths, Ciftci, Forrest, Mulgrew, the list goes on of players who shouldn't be playing for us, you could probably throw in Izaguirre to the mix as well as he is so hot and cold.
This isn't a situation brought about by short term problems or by RD, this is the result of long term neglect of the club by the people who are in charge of it. Changing the manager or coach won't make one iota of difference whilst Desmond and Lawwell are in charge with the latter putting 100% trust in John Park.}

Hi ed haven't been on for a while and I normally agree with your opinions but all of those things you mention could be put up as an excuse by any poor manager in my opinion we are getting beat by teams wth inferior players you have to look at our performances domestically to see that we should be beating teams convincingly in our own league with the players we have so it must be down to the manager as much as I hate to admit it tommies days are numbered.

He could have picked Tierney, Blackett even Bailly no one would have complained first error is Boyata's slack pass, then Efe's positioning before it even gets to CG ffs! But yeah his positioning was rank, Second goal Izzy turns his back and the third Lustig loses it so that covers the lot of them of the other teams NONE of them have the budgets we have and we are rank rotten

Just RD escapes it every time with you mate if he is that good with youth send them ALL out and as said that when he had a sticky patch at the beginning mate

So am going to ask you right you indicated he should be judged on CL entry last season so when/where is the barometer when you say enough is enough with RD under that performance mate? how much longer does he get? how many more chances does he get by your thinking? surely it does /cannot motor on like this into next seasons campaign at this level and getting put out the EL with a whimper?

Not interested in the gossip about Commons and his missus. Listened to the punditry from Chris Sutton tonight and agreed with everything he said, too slow, too slow. "passing back and forward to centre backs who can't play football, get it forward " can't argue with that. Taking Commons off was a joke, only decent attacking threat we had. I think he was right to be raging, professional behaviour or not, Johanson was woeful, defence is shocking, izzy, efe? you really have to laugh, absolutely terrible. Never seen such a shambolic defence, makes the McManus, Caldwell combo look good. I do agree that Gordon as a keeper is poor.
