Ajax, who host Celtic in the Champions League on Wednesday, are on a run of one win in five games after losing to Vitesse last night.
And former Motherwell striker Michael Higdon, now at Dutch club Nijmegen, reckons Celtic will be too strong for Ajax.

Unknown OP let us Celtic fans worry about how we play. I hate all this "Ajax are in poor form stuff"
I guarantee they will be up for CL game and Celtic are in for a hard game Wednesday.
We did not set the heather on fire yesterday either.
I would be happy with a point on Wednesday. Timalloy

Lennon needs to remember the two golden rules, which he did in our last CL game and won, but got wrong and lost in the previous two games (and qualifiers):

1. No double substitutions.
2. No changing the existing player positions on substitutions.

Everything in the OP is truthful and factual, why Timalloy has a difficulty is baffling. Maybe hung over? I'm a Celtic supporter and the OP.

Spot on Timalloy, we are constantly being told that teams are struggling or missing players but everyone lifts their game when it comes to the champions league. Let's just take it as it comes and hope we can do it. Leave Michael Higdon and others to their own thoughts.

Is the point of substitutions not to change a game, point 2 above is basically saying that if the manager feels the need to change it, then don't. How else do you change a game if its getting away from you then?

Sorry Timalloy but disagree. Go for the win on Wednesday against a side that has no confidence in itself then beat an average AC Milan side at Celtic park and we qualify. A point against Ajax on Wednesday would mean we would probably need something from the Nou Camp which is the last place any team wants to go when points are required. I think we really have to win on Wednesday but I do think we will.
