So we have had bid rejected by hibs for mcginn, anyone any idea how much? There's no way a would pay £4million for a player in last year . £2million plus allan!

We just made a team pay 7 million plus add ons for a player in his last year. We moan about teams down south trying to rip us off all the time.
If we want him just buy him.

No way is he worth anything over 2m plus Allen, if Allen wants to go that is.

Southampton paid 7million for SA and with his International and European experience, I think that's reasonably cheap, compared to same kind of player coming in from the English Championship, with no European experience Southampton would have paid 15/ 20mill
McGinn has no European experience, has got a few International caps under his belt but most of them friendlies hence why I don't think anyone will bid more than 3mil for him, with add ons Hibs will get the 5mil mark and possibly more, he'll be one of the Bhoys next season tho so hopefully he'll have the chance to get some proper European experience and relish in the green and white hoops! HH.

Leicester have just paid £20m for James Maddison. IMO Armstrong is a much Better player than Maddison so I reckon Southampton got a good deal at £7m.
