DR reporting the a French news outlet is reporting Kyogo is close to signing for Rennrs for £10m
As much as he's our best striker £10m for a 30 year old isn't to be sniffed at.
Idah becomes 1dy choice and we bring in another striker.

Good business for Celtic.
Kyogo is now 30 and his best years at Celtic are behind him.
I would love to see Jota return to Celtic Park.

In this days money market in football 10 mill is a rotten deal. Kyogo s movement is brilliant look at last nyt hatrick in 30 mins ano the goals were chopped of but he still got in those positions. Hese to quick for his own good you could say haha. 30 is a good age and he still has at least 5 years left at the top Japanese players look after them self he will rip the French league up. Wee should be asking for me. In terms of profit and had 4 season out him it’s a okay deal but should definitely be asking for more or a add on in terms of the goals he will score at them.

I'm all for bringing jota back buzz, but not in a swap deal for kyogo unless it's £10 million plus jota. celtic don't need to sell whereas Rennes are desperate to sign kyogo plus get rid of jota, so I hope celtic work the best deal possible for the club. but I'll say this, if we do sell kyogo this window then I hope rodgers and the club have a quality striker coming in. we don't need another expensive project, we already have that in idah.

How awful : (
Kyogo's on a different level, in terms of ability, than the other bhoys. If he requires that one, last, bumper contract, why not just offer him a deal to see out his career in Glasgow? We'll not get a better player for anything like 10 milllion.

Just can't have Idam as best cf, sold for buttons soon, still can't believe he cost 9m, Norwich has robbed us of 8m.

Strange first ever post Jobless ??.
23 Jan 2025 09:38:44
Goodness help us if we sell Kyogo and have to rely on Idah for goals.
23 Jan 2025 09:58:36
Idah has a better minutes to goal ratio than Kyogo this season.

Oi gies a job what's the bbbbb stand for?

I'm surprised there's talk of Kyogo moving during this window and not in the summer.
£10M however, is a great deal but it's only as good as his replacement, and right now, I'm not convinced that's Idah, although I'm sure there's a player in there so this could well be his chance to step up and show us that he can deliver.
The Danish lad, Kvistgaardn, who we've been linked with previously, has been mentioned again as a possible replacement for the wee man, time will tell.
On the back of last night's win, the CL money for this season, up and coming transfer fees and what's already in the bank, we're in great shape as a club, the key as ever, is getting the right players in to take us forward.

I love the wee guy and he’s been great for us. However, 10 goals this season in a team that’s averaging about 3 goals a game compounded by his form in Europe (1 goal in 7 games this season) and a game last night that if you asked for the perfect game for him that would’ve been it, says to me £10m is great money and we should take it at his age. I’ve lived him since he came and he’s scored and crackers. Great memories, so best of luck to him wherever he goes.

United Ireland whatever way you want to dress it up £10m for Kyogo is good money.
Hatrick last night. All offside no one will remember.
10 goals this season. I'm sure there's a striker out there who could give us more with the minutes Kyogo gets.
So in my opinion £10m is a good deal. Time will tell.

Green tree am not dressing nothing up and 2 were of side one was a foul in the build up. Kyogo is a top quality player will unreal movement if that was in any other league the fee would be 20 mill at least. His movement will cause defenders problems in any league he still has a big contract left just because it’s Scotland the fee is 10 mill and he just turned 30 a few days ago. He stop has a solid 5 seasons at least left. On business terms it’s a good deal hese served us well wee make a profit and buy a replacement With the money. who we hopefully sell on for a profit. But it’s the here and now and hese worth more than 10 mill in this days market. We don't have to sell. If the really want him them demand more money these big so called 5 leagues like to boast about all the money so let’s see the money. Ahhhh just 10 goals this season so hese rubbish then I see we’re yer comeing from a suppose we should sell him.

Saw a tweet stating Jota included in the deal.

£10 million is ridiculous for Kyogo, going by what we paid for Idah, we should be asking £30 million.
