Ed is it true we tested the waters for Mahamadou Diawara of Lyon this lad is a legit baller but apparently we got a quick knock back do you think we will go back in for him or is this one fizzled out as quick as it started?

Guys, imagine we pulled out a Robbie Keane or similar signing tomorrow. Main work done, Jeeze we really could now do some damage, if I were the board/ Rogers I’d be going for Ings, Sterling, or Chalobah. All 3 signings open up opportunities in different area due to other players versatility.

I did see a post that we offered a loan to buy deal for Diawara for 8 million and it got knocked back.
Came from some French magazine so not convinced it is true.
