Jonbhoy71, what faith do you have in this board that they can deliver a real good replacement for kyogo? We can't even bring in a LB to compete with taylor, were screaming out for another cb to play beside ccv, we're still waiting on this 3rd striking option rodgers himself says he wants brought in, so what makes anyone think replacing kyogo this late in the window would be straight forward Selling kyogo now would be madness.

Devils advocaat, meada brings better work rate, would score as many goals as Kyogo, was better player in Japan was also considered the better of 2 for national team, it’s obv to me Kyogo is the better player but there’s an arguement not to replace Kyogo with a similar striker,

No bid has been made from City, yet. Matt gone, still no signings. If reports are to be believed we are lowballing our bids, and who wouldn’t believe they?
Even if our dithering cheapskates get us the players we need, these last few windows clearly show our recruitment is a complete amateurish farce.
Are any of us really convinced, bravado aside, that we will be stronger going out of this window? Or anywhere near it? Didn’t think so.
We are run by ambitionless cowards. If they betray us once again, we shouid boycott the £200 a go CL package. They want to charge top dollar when all they want to spend is nickels and dimes. Well to everyone who asked me a question.
I would bite the hand off anyone who would be daft enough to offer £20m for a 29yr old that is a good player but misses far to much sitters and has started the season off rotten.
He maybe our best player in some peoples eye but I honestly think the way we play Shankland would score more goals and we would never turn down £20m
Do I trust the board to replace him? No but I trust Rodgers would before he was allowed to leave.
I also think we will see Idah start more games than Kyogo this season as Idah is more of a Rodgers type player than kyogo is.
Anyway all of this is mute as Man C would be a 19 or 20yr old for about £10m.

I said the way we play, Shankland would score more goals as Kyogo misses so many sitters.
You do also realise that Shankland scored 10 more than kyogo whilst playing for a rubbish Hearts team.
I also said the club would never turn down £20m and I wouldn't want them to for a 29yr old.
