I read Maeda’s contract doesn’t expire until January 31st 2024.

Looking like good business ahead in this window too. We could get Maeda, Hatate and Ideguchi in for a very small combined fee. When you think of all the millions blown on projects in the past (some being a success) this approach is much more sensible and it will be exciting to see how we line up when the windows closed and we have a full squad to pick from.

I think the reason behind Maeda signing on loan allows us to get ccv and Jota signed up perm I don't forsee anyother signings tbh but I would be happy with signing they 5 perm.

I'd be happy now for all the fringe players/ people not in Anges plans to move on first then maybe a loan or 2 to cover areas we are short in. Maybe a winger and possibly a CB just to be safe but we've got Scales for cover so maybe just a winger who can cover either flank.
