Guys report I saw was that Maeda was TAKING medical in London Monday, with the two other Japanese players arriving by Wednesday.

Ofcourse it will be great to have them if true But my concern is the Asian cup games are at different times to our European competition's so therefore we might have to do without 4 or 5 team players at different times off the year.

Agree Tony2bhoy, a few lads like Nisbet and Ferguson would balance that out. Anyone who thinks they wouldn't add to the quality of our squad is watching a different script to me.

Don’t know about Nesbitt Chinks, but Ferguson would certainly add some quality. A bit like McCarthy used to be years ago.

It's a good point Tony, we will need to add some signings closer to home as Rogic will be gone at the beginning of February also.

Don't think we should be putting all our eggs in the Japanese basket, we are leaving ourselves open to a situation similar, well even potentially worse than The rangers with their three Nigerian players, we should be concentrating on bringing on our own youngsters and signing all the best Scottish talent, we should never let tit happen again where the likes of McCarthy or McGinn move to England without making a a real effort to sign them.

I'm sure I read there is a rule state that if there are 3 first team players missing due to international call ups then we can request the game is re arranged.

Can you imagine the meltdown from Sevco if we requested rearranging games if we did bring them in it would be so funny.

The reason I heard about was that a report mentioned Sevco could use the rule to postpone games due to a few of there players supposedly going to the AFCON.
