Weewhitey, we have sold klimala, and frimpong recently. I think I’ve read we have brought in over 30 million since Christmas, I’m fairly confident we will have more to spend. The manager himself has stated he needs more bodies in the door as we are too thin on the ground regarding the squad.

I read McD1888 that we lost a fair chunk of the 11M Frimpong fee due to the sell on percentage that was agreed when we signed him.

Alright Pedro probably did I think I did hear City had a sell on clause but then I heard we got him on the same type of deal as we signed Shaw and only payed the development fee.

You have to go to season 17/ 18 when we last had a positive net spend on transfers. I can't see that changing now - especially as Auf says after the impact of lockdowns etc. Dom might be in but it's the same board and shareholders and they won't change their spots - we won't suddenly see a large net spend. What we hopefully will see with Dom in and Ange apparently having a big influence, is HOW the money is spent.

Agree with the rationale JimTim, we're never going to have a bottomless biscuit tin, therefore, the need to punt Eddy, Barkas, Bitton etc must be a priority in this window.
