His wages alone would be far to much for Celtic But sure if he was gonig to drop %70 wages to come into Celtic wage bracket I would take him in a heart beat.

I would of said he was on around 50k. I'm sure we could at least offer 30k with european football could sway him. All depends who else is interested in him.

I think Ings is on 45k a week and Mooey on 60k.
I don’t hold out much hope of any chance that either of them are coming our way.

Ings has rejected the best contract Southampton have ever offered a player. Cause he think Man City is coming for him, but I suppose it would keep our physios busy if he did appear at CP.

We should be trying to decrease the wage bill, not increase it, so somebody is going to drop 15,or 20 or 30 grand a week, just because he is getting European football, I don't think so, these people are only interested in the size of their paypacket, nothing else.

Ings is miles out of our reach. People need to adjust to reality. The days of Sutton and Hartson signings from England are over- we just can't compete financially anymore.

I hear Messi is a free agent too, may be a double swoop? Only about £1m a week in wages, if both take hefty cut.
I think anybody from the Prem is just too much money.
